C99 growers here?

Who all here grows C99 and which breeder are you growing?

I had a Grim Bro's clone only C99 years ago I ran for 5 years in soil. After I had to cut the two moms I had left it was years before seeds became avail so I got and ran both Female Seeds and G13 Labs versions in DWC. IMO Female Seeds has a great C99.

I just ordered Mosca BX-1 C99 and am exicited to see how the phenos turn out. I wanted to get the Dr. Greenthumb C99 but at $150 for 5 seeds, I will try the Mosca first, they used Grim Bro's stock so it should be good.

I grow female seeds c99. Very fruity, pineappley, good yielding plant, also good for crossing. I heard moscas version is less fruity and more skunky, but I've neve personally grown it. Her only downfall is that she has very thin branches that usually bend over due to the weight of het buds.

I haven't grown them yet but i have 3 Moscaseeds - Cinderella 99 BX-1. As I am still learning how to grow properly, I wanted to wait until after my second plant to to try and grow this one. If any one has grown it let us know how well it was please.

I loved the ones I grew, even the clones priduced huge amounts of way frosted buds in 6 weeks. They take the brothers grim grapfruit x pineapple and you can get three good phenos from those. Well the pepper pheno I tossed. Only problem is there is no reg seeds from them.

Moscs did the same thing with grim bro stock then back crossed a gen for a good consistsnt pheno's of pineapple with two phenos. Short Compact, fast indica and a, long, streachy, fast sativa one. Its just like running into a old flame and getting back together for more good times. I love this Girl. They have reg seeds so you can cube (breed) the pheno you like and make your own seeds for down the road. I will post how to do this on this fourm. (Not this thread) check it out, It will be called "creating a unique seedline". From Brothers Grim themselves.

my doctor recommended i smoke this strain from the minute i awake to the moment i go to sleep, but all i haz is swiggitty now. planning on germinating more mosca C99, have multi fridge packs yo.

I've been running Female Seeds C99 in a perpetual grow since February and everything said about it here is pretty accurate from my experience. Mine finishes in 55 days and is a great producer. Very frosty, the trim makes great hash. I'm going to try to run it in a SOG inside this winter.

My Mosca C-99 BX1 produced one keeper, have had it and re-cloned for three years now. I'm never disappointed with results. It is one of my only Sativa dominant girls in the harem.

c99 is good if you run at 6 weeks, you can go a week or two for alittle more but the buzz is different (not as uplifting) and if you got a full time mother, clones, veg and flower room, the 6 weeks is great. You get more grows a year And that adds up to alot more $. They dont call it the Holy Grail for nothing, I am stuck on the good pheno's from Brother Grim that we all love.

RB71---I heard Frost Brothers had a good C99, can you still get seeds from them anywhere? Do you happen to know the parent stock?

yah dizzle used orginal bro's grimm stock, not sure if you can still get them, they might still be around, but i haven't talked to dizzle in a minute..

I have grown C99 for years..I started with the Bros Grimm seeds way back..then were not obtainable...so checked out female seeds strain and been very happy..they are very close to Grimms...a friend gave me a few G13 c99 seeds and i popped one for giggles to try out..its growing outside in a green house now...and have to say its nothing like the other c99's..at 4 weeks the hairs turned brown all over it..has no real smell either..and trich production is very slim...it is nothing like the other c99's I have growing outside..the female seed strain is close to 11 feet now and just loaded with flowers and greasy as hell...and smells like dole pineapples..cindy is a great strain to grow..have to use lots of silica to strengthen the branches up to hold buds and tie them up also...

if you grow outside be warned it does get mold if you dont do pre cautionary spraying of actinovate and kelp and silica weekly..

also curing is a big factor to get best taste and buzz..I do a 4 month cure before its ready for prime time...it is so sweet tasting then and smooth and rips your face off...

Have done 3 grows of female seeds c99 and got same pheno all 3 seperate times. I do recommend her she is a great plant smoke and yield wise. She does need staking or tying up as at week 4 onwards branches start asnappin if not strong enough or supported. Not super pineapple smell but more like pineapple soda and tropical fruits. Bottom buds do get very airy but still tasty none the less. At 6 weeks currently curing she is a new smoke all together and leaves anyone trying to grasp a thought stupefied, super dooper potent lady :) .. have always wanted to try moscas c99 but cbf dealing with regs as im just to busy and dont have the space. Has anyone here done both moscas c99 and fms c99 and if so whos is better, whats the diffetences etc thanks
