Lottery Addiction

I witnessed it tonight. Stopped at the gas station on my way home to get a coffee and a middle age woman was berating the clerk for being the only one working because apparently he only sells her losing tickets. She was dead shit serious and pissed that he was the only one there. Know anyone with a problem? I found the whole spectacle quite sad really.

I did pretty good with these $20 scratchers rite when they came out. I hit it for $500 two times. $250 two times. And this $1000. Still way up on the game.

But now there's these $30 scratchers here in California. Those things fucking blow. I give up!

I know a couple slot junkies.
No shit they're as bad as a feener looking for their next hit.

I give the government enough of my money, why would I just throw it down a pit so they can have more of it. I don't understand gamblers.

Lotteries, casino's etc are there to make money, not give it away.

i have been that clerk 3 ppl ....... (look on the walls u should see a sign clearly marked have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason see fit) most places have this or something like this just for those kind of ppl .......u point to the sign u ask them to leave giving them 30 secs to exit the area after that can call the cops for trespassing ( u have the right to defend yourself but they have to strike u first grabbing shirt counts )

the reason they are like that is a mix bag of crazy
someone flipping like that is simple they spent their money foolishly and are now short them winning was last hope they could come up with spending last of the money on it .....then lost head cracking under the pressure they snap

buddy's mom was addicted to keno she played so much they lost the house from not being able to pay ......last i heard he was 24 and working in a warehouse to pay for his mother's gambling debts (this is 10 years ago) but the father left he divorced her and left after they lost the house she still kept playing so tony stepped in because good guy he was killing himself at work doing 50/60 hours a week to keep up with everything .....i think he got tired of it and left hence why have not heard from him

it is simple thing it is all a chemical addiction in the mind .....when u play the chance the hope of winning big send off a bunch of chemicals in there making it fun and happy then u lose the they out the rush is gone .......so play again and again and again and again until the money is gone chasing that feeling ........it is like heroin after so long body gets use to it and hurts when does not get the fix ....at some point it takes over if the person will is not strong enough

My friend is living in a shed that was turned into a closed patio. His gf just gave birth. He still wastes money on 20 dollar lottery tickets, expensive chocolates , flowers, almost every meal eating out.

They complain about where they live and having no money.

Ok, well that's just fucking stupid, and I don't usually like to judge people:-D
I sure as hell ain't spending my dinner money gambling. I gamble with money I can afford to lose.

then as a good friend u need to bitch slap him and explain some shit before the state steps in and u hear they took my baby they took my baby

if the guy is a stubborn .......use the power of weed and beer they get at that right lvl drill it into the brain then trigger it when they are sober (LSD works better but will not go there)
blowing 20 bucks if the jack pot is 200 million or more go for it anything less why worry taxes will take 66% or more of it ..drill the fact he made a kid so he is dad so means he needs to provide ....no more being a jackass

Yeah... me and the hubby have tried. They don't listen. They can tell when I think they are full of it. They are both stubborn and selfish. They don't want anyone helping because it's none of their business.

Gambling is an addiction as bad as crack. One of the top three reasons my ex-wife and I split up was over money; she'd grown up with two gambling addicts for parents, so her approach to money was to spend it AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, so there wouldn't be any left for gambling. Imagine why we never had any money, in spite of us working two jobs!

So now I'm addicted to growing...
