and i seen that you first attacked april, so she bit back, not saying what shes doing is right but both of you need to stop

mod or not we are human we got feelings too, if you personally attack us on a bad day we might just snap right back at you i think its often sometimes users forget we are human and have feelings as well, calling someone uneducated is just down right rude, you insulted her intelligence over her own personal preference

there was no need to attack her in the first place with a toxic comment, such we see this issue arise through other members as well its just unneeded, if you dont agree with someone dont personally insult their intelligence.

It is this stance of poison BHO that is ignorant. If she understood chemistry she would understand that under the conditions applied ie. proper vacuum purging and extraction methods that the hydro carbons or poison is not there.

But Sunni has spoken I am out.

also debating about bho is about as productive as debating about religion and politics on the internet. Just let them smoke what they smoke. Do you care if they eat McDonalds and Burker King? I sure as don't give a fuck.

NO SHIT LOL. Most of what you typed here is exactly what I said in the post you replied to. Did you even read it?

You still didn't explain how dry sift oxidizes faster than water hash. Isn't water in the hash the cause of the oxidization?

it's not my first rodeo. #youdthinkitsdrysift

Reread your post. You said the opposite. You buy food grade ice the breaks easier and melts faster.

Yes I did explain. Humidity and higher temps cause oxidation. Dry sift is exposed to the ambient temps the whole time. To make great dry sift. You want a long cold dry, long cold cure. Make sift in the cold. Cure in the cold. Never letting the material get exposed to.higher temps and higher humidity.

Bubble.while washing is in temps below 40 degrees. When I make it. As soon as the bubble is taken from the screen it's placed in a cold room with ac set at 60 degrees. Dries for 12 hours. Then I freeze it for 2 hours. Then microplane it over raw parchment. Then let it dry for 5-7 days in the same room at 60 degrees. I plan on getting a wine cooler fridge for drying, curing, storing. Waiting to get a high end one. The higher end one's use 10 times less power than the cheap coolers.

So if humidity is partial cause of oxidation you'd think that water hash being in contact with water(SUPER HIGH HUMIDITY) would cause it to oxidize faster. It's nearly impossible to separate every single head so they can each dry individually with maximum surface area.

I don't know man I've never made dry sift but what you're saying just doesn't seem right to me. Seems backwards to everything I've learned on hash church, which surprises me because I know you are a fellow church goer.

and are you saying you dry your patty for 12 hours before freezing and microplane? I can't help but think this is a poor practice so enlighten me please.

Ya I agree i froze my pattys in a metal bowl..2 actually. .like a double boiler but with ice on the bottom. Microplaned as soon as is was hard enough to hold...but loose enough not to clump. ..dried in less than 48hrs...

I don't understand why your condoning him for insulting intelligence when she has done the same thing from the get go also.

Yet only his disrespectful comments were deleted. While hers stand. That's all I'm saying.
I recommend scrolling through the thread again...she did delete some of my comments. So dramatic. ..opinions are supposed to be expressed. .not personal attacks. ..general sassy comments are part of the game...

You said one tiny thing about both of them being wrong, then go into 2 paragraphs of what he did wrong. Calling someone uneducated is far from being rude. He could have said dumbass, idiot, moron, ect.
Tbh I attacked her more than he did with my douche comment.

A mod should lead by example, expressing their opinions in a respectable manner, she was far from that. Insulting BHO smokers as a whole doesn't help.

Like I said heat and humidity oxidize. Bubble isn't warm enough enough. When it's in the water it's not in contact with air . Oxidize - oxygen. There has to be air and moisture for oxidation to take place .

Drying for 12 hours then freeze is correct. If it's too dry when froze it won't grate into beach sand and it will just clump up. So you need the right amount of moisture. It only takes me 12 hours to get to that point because humidity here is very low. The freezing part is to make the patty hard so it can be grated or microplaned into beach sand to create a larger surface area for drying. So every head dries at an even rate. The first 12 hours is the start of the drying process. After I microplane. It takes another 5-7 days sometimes longer to finish drying

On the last hash church they were talking about how humidity and heat are the enemy. They were discussing temps for making dry sift and bubble. Dk420 was asking what everyone thought was the right temp for making sift. One of the other guys was saying one strain he has has to be sifted in a walk in freezer or it will clump.

That still makes me think water hash should oxidize faster. With water hash the glands are encased and surrounded in water. The air temperature water hash dries in would be no different than temperature in a room to sift. Preferably under 70f. I'm still not seeing how DRY sift oxidizes faster than WATER hash, when water is part of the oxidizing equation.

Do you see where this is backwards? lol

Got any pictures of your final product? I can't say letting a wet patty sit for 12 hours in a clump sounds attractive to me but I'm open to trying new things if I see nice results.

If it's at low temps and cold it won't oxidize. Do.you get air is a requirement of
Oxidation along with heat. So if you keep.it cold and low humidity neither will oxidize. Only if it gets too warm and too humid ot will oxidize. If you run ac or use a wine cooler fridge or run a dehum the moisture will get pulled out of the bubble not remain. Also as it dries there's less water / moisture. So if the moisture is dissipating how does the humidity increase? When you wash bubble it's only in the water and ice for 3-4 min. When the bubble.is submerged during the wash it can't oxidize because there isn't any air under water. I can't dumb it down anymore than that. Keep the room cold and humidity low and there won't be any oxidation issues.

Even so. If you have water hash made from the same material in the same environment I think the water hash will always oxidize faster than the dry sift. In your first post you stated that dry sift will oxidize 10 degrees f lower than water hash. There is no reason a dry sift should oxidize faster than a water hash under the same conditions. I can't understand how dry sift oxidizes faster when it's already DRY and never came in contact with water, yet the bubble is obviously wet and surrounded in water at one point. Remember, water is part of the oxidation equation.

Dry sift is always dry.

Water hash is soaking wet.

We all already know that water and humidity and heat are the enemy. We all already know cold and dry is best you keep stating obvious points that are kind of irrelevant to the question.

This also makes no sense at all. If it's too dry when froze it wont' grate into beach sand well so you let it dry some before you freeze/grate.

Sunni, I'm not mad at you, won't be any reporting. Nor do I think it's your fault. I just think some of his comments that were deleted are no worse than the ones of hers that are still up.

I'm just gonna let it be, sorry for the inconvenience. Hope it wasn't taken personally.
