I Have A LOL Of larf From Plants That Recently Got done. I was unable to maintain this run like I wanted. What's the best.option to to do with problems 21st of larf etc. I don't have anything.or have never made anything Like wax has etc. Can someone give some suggestions on what I should do with it All. I would like to make rosin or something Extremely clean thanks

I dont do rosin.
But alot of people that are worried about cleanliness will do a "qwet" its an extraction wit pure high proof drinking alcohol. Everclear spyritus(sp?) Which are all 96% ethanol.
You dont have to worry about small ppms left over..
If you like this method i can go into more detail on extraction...

Is it good to do with lots of shit. I took the top half of each plant. total 11.plants and got 2.5lbs. I have the lower half of all plants I want to do something I stead of trashing. I see for ex rosin would he a bitch with all the shit I have. I dont Trust blasting (bho) nor have the equipment. If your method works well I am all ears bro

Get a bottle and try it? You could do it like Quizo folks do and chill it, wash it (quick) then filter it and let it evaporate. I have the 75% stuff and it gets a bit like a thin syrup thick when frozen so try the 190 proof everclear. I've got good Amber shatter out of this method so maybe do a batch for each? See what you come out with. I wouldn't heat up anything past room temp( I did a little bit but to see my results more quickly.)

I could write it up here for you if that's what you want. Quizoking has quite a bit of experience here so I'd give hike the floor. I just made Amber shatter using bho hash and purged it in everclear, filtered it back out and let it evaporate. It's a drawn out process but search Amber Shatter in the concentrates section and take some advice from everybody. There's not a truly wrong way to do it except unsafely.

My bad, lgc spam liked me about 40 times. This got lost..
Qwet is alot like qwiso, my preferred method. Basically you want the ethanol as cold as possible, your freezer for a couple days is fine. Then determine if your doing a wet or dry extraction-is this fresh harvest or smokeable? If its wet you have to be more careful. If its dry grind it up, the less cuts the better the product. If its wet i would always use scissors, frozen scissors and cut while bud is still frozen. This takes time.
So you have your ground bud in the freezer, ethanol in the freezer. You only want bud in contact about a minute. Filter in stages. Fll a mason jar with material, replace inner lid with mesh screen to hold back most material. Then a coffee filter for the rest..pour etoh in the jar, swirl for a minute and pour through the filters.
You really want to use as little heat as possible in the evap process. Air blowing over is fine. If you do use heat really not over 110°
Purging isnt really that big of a deal, once it loses its creamy multicolored opaquness its good to go
If you want to do a second run you can but will get extract more suitable for eating, do the run at the same time...

Honestly never a big fan of qwiso taste. Though I've made tons. It's easy just if you do make it and want good quality after I wouldn't even do 1 minute exposure. Best is multiple washes. Just put the material in large strainer and pour the chilled alcohol over the matter. If you do 30 sec plus shakes or soaks you still get too much chlorophyll and other pigments leached out that result in darker color and reduces overall taste. Though it is easy to work with after evaporation and doesn't tend to melt back down as quick, stays solid longer.
Could do qwiso but I'd rather do bubble or something. Then you could press that out for rosin if you wanted. Or just dissolve the bubble in alcohol to also reclaim what's stuck to the bag screens. Though only get the alcohol on the screen avoid the bag itself to avoid possibly leaching dye from the bag. I'd just use the bubble. Scrap it up and let it start trying. Then clean the bag screens with alcohol. I use 200 proof ethanol for that and winterizing bho. Could use Iso though.

Also with alcohol extracts Iso doesn't taste great. Ethanol is better either ever clear or pure ethanol. Best tasting and looking alcohol extracts I've experienced have been from grape alcohol but that shit is not cheap and not always easy to find locally. We arent talking about makig qwiso. Ethanol requires longer extraction times.
Bet my qwiso is better than any sieve you have though. The solvent used makes much less of an impact as the artist..or rather maker..
Butane has its pros and cons as does ethanol. I find isopropanol to be the best solvent for single solvent extractions

Ahh Got fixated on qwiso. I still like short exposure with ethanol. You know those stains that produce the Martian dust from alcohol extracts you can most of the time get more color if evaporated in the direct sun. Though too much and it turns a rusty color. you ever tried that?

Im not sure i know what your talking about.. ive seen white rings appear..and the fluid turn milky white..

Ive done it but not to that extent, and only for giggles, ysually i go for clear or whatever color the terps give me. Sometimes orange pink purple.. sometimes the strain is real gooey, i dont like to alter the consistency with heat either

Was just referring to the red tint of the crystalline. We just nicknamed it Martian dust due to the color. Was curious if you had played with that direct light evap to get more red out. Looks cool anyways. Lol
