Unfortunately these things happen
I've just checked into this further and this order was placed on Saturday morning uk time and processed Monday an email was sent same day to let you know the issue in which a replacement was chosen and order was then completed. Im sorry you feel this was unacceptable I can only apologise.
Please note we have someone dedicated to updating the website daily, stock, prices, new stock, new pics etc..... sometimes not all products are completely updated in 1 day.

people like us, the real grow addicts, we love all our seed purveyors.
some are better than other with regard to product or service.
some have ethics some dont.
there are brands, like banks, i cant stand no matter what like mr. nice , doggies nuts, or greenhouse. its often personal with regard to loyalty to a bank or brand.
however, end of the day, its fucking biz !
seed prices, shipping, what you stock, how you package, customer service.... the entire ensemble, if you will, is what you make it. you create the store front. & the rules for play.
banks dont know how to do it different. the US ones are modeling themselves after EU banks.
only thing i see different is less options at US banks.
nowadays i rock cuts & he rocks cuts & they rock cuts.
still seed is important & to have it in the stash is a good thing.
the growers in the US are sick of getting fucked by european banks.
gear is in our backyard & europe is blind if they think the current model is gonna last.
all these uk & spanish banks are gonna loose customers by proxy of changing times. unless one of you just changes how you do biz. creates a new model.
the more the market grows (new product, new growers, new strains, changing laws, growers licensing, equipment advances, etc) the more people like me are saying why the fuck am i letting you do me like this?
funny thing is none of you care until the $flow stops.
