Ditto.@Dr.Pecker Fabulous thats same nice shit. it appears to be outdoors was it in pots or in the ground. I agrEe with don the magenta LADY is oh so nice looking. What strain is it, have you ran before, and was it the same way with the hairs n such
The hybrid of those two would grow fine in your front yard flower bed. Low on the suspicion monitor.Love the looks of the romulen, I need to find me some of that!!! Would love to cross it with this new strain I crossed up awhile back.
I'm going to have to play my nature sounds cd for them. It would be a stress-free experiment for sure. Thanks for the info.Something you might not think about. http://www.dovesong.com/positive_music/plant_experiments.asp http://www.newphysis.com/dawnchorus.html
You might want to add this part because the sound of those two websites don't sound as interesting as what's in the DoveSong Foundation's website:Something you might not think about. http://www.dovesong.com/positive_music/plant_experiments.asp http://www.newphysis.com/dawnchorus.html
I would stick to birds and running water sounds. You might want to add this part because the sound of those two websites don't sound as interesting as what's in the DoveSong Foundation's website:
"Chaos, pure chaos": plants subjected to Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix didn't survive
Now there, I think more people would read this. Thanks SOOO much. This is some of the most informative information I've read on here yet! I wonder if they'll like Pink Floyd Division Bell?
I think you're the only person that payed it any attention.I'm going to have to play my nature sounds cd for them. It would be a stress-free experiment for sure. Thanks for the info.
I am, that's what I said, nature sounds. I wouldn't play Led Zep, I was showing others what Led Zep does to plants.I would stick to birds and running water sounds.
Good question!Very interesting!
I wonder if the sound of the fans effect the plants in a negative way
My outside plants that I had to bring in have that problem. I've just shocked the shit out of them because we are under tornado warnings and thought Hurricane Bill was gonna git us! Now we're just getting the dirty side of the storm. In any event, 3 of my 4 plants are still in pots. I brought them in and they don't have any light, excecpt for the ambient light from my grow room (door is open to get the fresh air coming in window. I have a small fan on them to help the flow and two lights;12,760 lumens, 192 watts CFL on two plants) and the light bulb at my ceiling. I was going to replant them in the back 40 but I don't know how they're going to handle this shock. Oh well, I brought some slugs in the first nite they were in. Was scared to clean them off because my plants have started budding and I didn't want to wash anything off. Of course, who wants to smoke slug. I didn't see any trails tho!I'm under attack by slugs. I set out some beer traps the other day.
A friend of mine said he was getting some blue plastic drums and said he'd give me one. I was thinking of setting it on the hill and fill it up with the hose and maybe brew some tea. Then I could just siphon it down to my grow. Any ideas?

pick them off with your fingers. I didn't harden off my plants all I got was a few messed up leaves nothing they cant handle. My outside plants that I had to bring in have that problem. I have a air pump I found a shady spot but I don't know if its going to be cool enough though. If I don't brew tea (i don't really need to) I can still use it to water the garden. The problem is our water comes out of the tap at 40 degrees so letting it sit and warm up would be the way to go plus I wont need to lug jugs of water.Gravity would work to supply the water to your plants no problem. it would be slooooowwwwww!! I agree with Sack...... I think the hot sun would cause it to go anaerobic relatively fast. In the shade it might work. Would you be manually mixing the solution or would you run an extension cord for an air pump?
I like the idea of a fresh water tank. If you do I'm sure you know bubbling the water will raise the PH.I have a air pump I found a shady spot but I don't know if its going to be cool enough though. It has its trade offs. I'm not growing plants right? I'm growing soil. The plant just happens to live in the soil.I like the idea of a fresh water tank. If you do I'm sure you know bubbling the water will raise the PH.
