Apparently they did actually join the lawsuit for that. But he was told by the lawyer that he probably wont see a dime. And the damage is now done.
And they are stuck now with scripts they cant afford and patients they cant supply.
Its ok tho the rest of us will continue to do shit behind the scenes risking prison while doing the same thing as patients elsewhere.
I was hoping that this injuction would prove me wrong about the ethics of these lawyers but as ive said before conroy and co only care about sick people up until a certain date. Fuk the rest

Boys and Gals....lets see the big picture here. This whole new system and the injunction is a cluster fuck of a shit storm. I know some CAN NOT grow and not get caught. Ok...cool. But here's the thing we can all do. Be a subversive SOB in any way you can. Buy CC..buy BM ...support anything that doesn't support the system. Throw seeds on the ground, sell to a friend....grow a few in a ditch...do anything you can to NOT CO=OPERATE....at least as much as you can and still be safe. i also read that when you call a special hearing, you SHOULD get a decision that day...we did not and that sucks!
