Yeah, it seems kind of broad. No set number in yards or meters. Even then, unless they are assuming patients are selling to kids or growing on your front lawn, I don't see how this is relevant as no one would even know it's there except the patient and HC. This is why regulation helps.

Any advice/tips on applying for this Goldstar you've mentioned before? It's looking like it may be another option after recent events in court with this injunction. I've been to Turmel's site before but found it very convoluted to navigate or find out what forms I'd even need or not

here's the page where it shows you how to fill out the Goldstar form. it can be filed online and only costs $2. it goes farther than the Allard case in asking for no renewals, ability to use what you need

too many people didn't know what was going to happen so they did nothing..not sure why though. i renewed "just in case"
some people like Hebert/Beemish let theirs lapse because they had to move so they didn't have a place to move their garden to. they got a place but couldn't get any changes by then so they did nothing.

I doubt it's the majority...imo...I really do get not wanting to take the chance growing illegally...I was scared once too...

imo if you are sick your right gb why let it laps, now if you were growing and didn't refile then well you figured you were out. but a patient should have never let it lapse.
now if we just get a answer before I die in 40yrs well id be thrilled.

Talk about scare tactics the asshole government threatened mmj patients with everything from releaseing our names and addresses to the rcmp to accidentally releasing our names and addresses to Canada post. I for one never quit growing. I figured I didn't have a life if forced back on pills so fuck you mr Harper kiss my ass and I hope someone puts your family through the bs you put sick Canadians and there families through waiting on April fools day to see if my door will be kicked in in front of my kids and made a criminal over night because I use mmj. and some of you guys/gals jumped on me when I told you all to renew even if you had a month left before the mmar ended.

not only that my pink papers that were going to expire and the renewal papers overlapped so I could have joined an LP under the mmpr AND kept growing under the mmpr due to the injunction.

I obviously stayed under the mmar since the injunction came through

as has been said.. I'd suspect the ones that did not renew, couldn't renew even if they wanted to.
That avenue was shut down!
The left outs were left out for this reason alone. The judge had his own reasons which were not pointed out is all.


NOW anyone(sick or not) can get an LP script, as they've lumped everyone together.
Sadly though...people with cancer treat differently than people with a regular head ache.

Even still why should someone that got sick or diagnosed later be treated differently? Are human beings worth more depending what day it is etc?
I know people that let their slips expire because they were afraid everyone in town would know they grew and there was risk and threats of break ins and shit. Not every situation is the same but all of our rights should be!

I dont hold a grudge against those of you lucky enough to have those pink slips but that doesnt mean i think its ok that you can grow and the rest of us are fucked.

I do however recall Conroy collecting impact statements and fine combing who to represent, just so happens 2 of those people fell through the cracks. Hope you generate some common sense.

One of the guys i know quit because he lives in a small town and his mailman was the son of a biker in town that threatened him outright. Basically they quit when the whole small town turned on him when the mailman told everyone.
And now the house is for sale and its hc fault.
