Who would question you? What would they ask? Dont worry about your ssn#, as long as you dont do something stupid with it you are at no more risk than anybody else out there. If someone is determined enough to get it, they will, its just a matter of when.

If i went to jail they couldnt take any of my stuff like my cars money etc. cause my uncle and girl would vouch that they paid for it as it's in their name. now my unmarked cash they could take but they'd have to find it.
