Interesting facts about me well todays my birthday and im still at work shows ima working man not just some punk, i like to drink and laugh and smoke and fuck, i can do any type of work u throw my way im a hands on guy. In the past ive been known to lay some badass ink but had to see my gun for a phone bill payment and haven't tatted since, i a avid bmx rider and skater i love the sun and being outside. Im a pretty good grower most of u know this bythe pics ive shared so thats a cool thing, i also am a huge animal lover i attended a animal technician college but went to prison so i had to drop out. Im a artist i like to draw and watch the sunset up in the rockies, its beautiful. So thats me if yall wanna keep talkin shit fuck it but im done.

That was back in 2009 ive been slingin ink since i was 14 i havent done anything new since 09 those when i moved here to denver i didnt have a job so i sold my set up

I did this with my last house, it took just over two yrs. to finish and then sell. Perfect way to avoid any capitol gains taxes. You report the profit, but don't owe shit! (Up to 250k if single, 500k if married). The house also has to be your primary residence, and YOU must have lived there for at least 2 yrs.

Gottta love those IRS laws :) If Odanksta is reading our posts he could join the flip a house club & keep all his profits .Between both our posts most the info is in this thread , i'd like to add how much i love the Foreclosure list HUD has & their willingness to dump a $500k home for $120k , dump $80k to $100k into remodeling & landscaping & ya clear $250k without ever pulling a permit , as long as your not adding sq ft all remodeling can be claimed as maintenance of existing fixtures , including roofing as long as you replace it in sections & not all at once , ya save alot of cash without having to pay for those worthless permits .

Ive heard that if a person was so inclined they could use quit claim & grant deeds to give away properties they bought to family & they " finish " the rebuild while living there , then they get a warranty deed for the property & it can be sold fha , you get to write the costs off as a loss then after the time limit passes they sell the home , alot more property can be moved that way without giving uncle sam a big wet bite, atleast ive heard it happens that way :bigjoint:
