I see alot of newbie comments in this thread people.

just saying :)

jokes aside .

someone said cutting back on N during flower !!! This is the time your plant needs most feed and shying away from N is madness and shouldn't be done......... N helps photosynthesis, why would you cut it out of the most important stage of the plants life? Why !!!

and some said " ill buy veg nutes for flower because there not green enough"

you need more N in flower ......... Buy the bloom and a bottle of liquid seaweed <<< the N you need .

hope this helps and don't forget to ...... Im here to help ya need me :)

I agree just like ppl pull out on N when switch to flower witxh is fuckin nuts!!! First three weeks of flower is stretch stretch stretch witch is growth and growth is dependent on nitrogen so why take away whatbur plant needs i always add 1ml of grow to my bloom to bump up my N and ive never had a problem with it. Shit ibe never even gave my plants nute burn!!

Ill also agree. Ive had better success in my garden keeping N involved greatly in late bloom

Heavy 16 veg has Molybdenum in it in high enough levels they had to put a disclaimer on the bottle explaining not to use on forage crops.

Dynagro says right on the bottle its for o rnamentals only... in the nutrient world a lot of nasty shot passes through the cracks... if they are mentioning these things on theor labels its not because they are trying to be good guys, its cause thwy are federally mandated to do so.

How you been baldrick? My time on riu has been minimal as of late

Thanks for the info. Is MO a trace mineral that the plant uses? If so, is there a better way to apply it?

I've been good. Learning how to be a dad. Planning on moving West soon. Hope you stick around, there is plenty of bad advice out there.

We take the tractor and clean the barn and pile cow and horse poop up and it sits until it composts.

We use it on the vegetable garden and I use it for my plants.

I amend it with compost, worm castings, lime, crushed oyster shells, and alfalfa. Let it cook for a month or two.

No matter the strain they take what they need and look on the verge of burn with a slight yellow to the tips but they never do.

Agreed, I usually transition between veg and bloom over a couple of weeks. Every bloom nuts I have ever used still has some N in there. But keeping N at veg levels typically results in leggy, leafy plants.

I never wanted to get into this debate with you but the words organic, bottles, and PH don't go together. I know they bottle up shit and call it organic but............never mind, I don't care enough to go on. Good job switching to dry amendments, your plants will thank you.
I ph my earth juice all the time wey!! my ph down is all organic citric acid.

Coming from the newb that was asking for advice from experienced growers a month ago.

Go check your facts.

MORE Nitrogen durimg flower!?!?!?!

just stfu already.

first 3 weeks of flower your plant is still in veg mode, takes times for the hormones to switch. You need N at this time like baldrick said. After this your plant needs only trace amounts as it shifts its needs to P & K.

I've been using Jacks for about 2 years now. I grow in soil (happy frog) and it's a good match. I do add some cal/mag (their 10-30-20 has no calcium) about every 3rd feeding.

Somehow I get away with using Jacks bloom booster from beginning to end....the plants never complain.

For hydro Jacks has a professional line I have been told works well and is cheap to boot. I think a 25 lb bag cost something like $100 with shipping.

I hang out at my local grow store often and watch what people are paying for nutrients and it's absolutely crazy. Go to your nursery and ask them what they use...and get that.

I swear by soil recycling though it took me a couple of fuck ups on soil consistency to get it down right. Water and thats it no ph no shits
Yep this is exactly what I do. The 2nd run is better but 3rd and 4th damn. I mix alfalfa teas and such every few waterings.

Works out pretty well...
