Hmmm....something to think about.I suffer from insomnia and the only thing that has given me sleep EVERY NIGHT has been BHO. Before id live from nap to nap every 36 hours or so now id dare say i get 4 or 5 a night.
I was good there for about 2 or 3 weeks.Yeah, I have a terrible time falling asleep, and my current work schedule is only making worse.
I run mostly on naps on wednesday and thursday.
What helps the most is setting a routine for bed. Every night I always check my email, scroll through the same website for one page, and then it's lights out. Usually helps me sleep.
I definetly reccomend you get bho for when its like 3 am and you just cant go to sleep a few dabs will knock you the fuck out its a good indica. I personally find the sappier stuff to be better for sleeping than waxes or shatter, maybe psychological.Hmmm....something to think about.
Tried 3mg of Melatonin. I went to my guest room in the basement, no light in. Suuuuper comfy bed. Laid there for an hour and a half, and fucking NOTHING.
I'm so tired my hands are shaky. But, this is what happens to me, from time to time.
I tried the BHO once, and I didn't like how strong it was. Cookies generally work. I think I may just have to do some more baking.

But to be hones tive been considering making edibles myself too just dont got an electric oven do decarb my weed right. I find i only get stoned enough when i go weed clubs and get other stoners motivation, at home i sometimes forget to dab....maybe i just need an enail.

My sleeping patterns are buggered right now because of my prescription, non-weed medication. I'm weening myself off it, and awaiting my medicinal marijuana prescription. But I can't fucking sleep! haha, at least I'm real high.

Oh, and I had 2 cups of coffee this morning, at 6:30. I wouldn't have, but I had to drive to the doctor at 11am, and I felt overtired.

have you had trouble sleeping before the new job, meds, etc.
my brain gets going sometimes and i can't sleep, especially if i am asleep and then something wakes me up, it can take an hour or more before i am able to drift off again.
give meditation a serious shot, if you can commit. the ability to clear your mind and keep it clear has allowed to be asleep before i become aware that my mind has started to wander again, if that makes sense.
serious, it doesn't happen over night, but if you can hold your mind clear and blank i find i stress less about not falling asleep or thinking about not falling asleep and i just go to sleep. often falling asleep and then being surprised when i wake up because i actually had fallen asleep.

Saturday - 4 hours?
Sunday - 1.5 hours
But tonight, I'll hopefully sleep for 6 or 7.

maybe you need to start doing something different. first thing is to not stress that you've woken up, again. easier said then done, i know.
