I've done it without the machine obviously and I'm telling you its legit, not saying you can't do it the old way but this makes it too easy ha. I put in 4z trim, 2 cups coconut oil. Made 40 cookies with a half cup and they are way too strong... I'd say each half cup makes about 80 doses so all together 300 strong edibles from 4zips of trim. Dammmmmn ha

My god. I use 2 ounces of trim to 1 lb of butter, and those are even too strong. I couldn't imagine a pound of weed to a pound of butter. lol

I made butter and tincture with mine. Both came out amazing. The tincture was great. I like the different temp controls and its not like a crockpot cause it has an automatic blender/mixer that kicks on periodically throughout the process. Simplicity is key when making budder

Yeah I'm pumped to try tincture, think I'm gonna pick up vegetable glycerin tomorrow and try it out. I've had it once made with alcohol, I don't think I noticed any effect...
What did you is for ratios on the tincture? And did you use trim? Looking to make 4oz bottles of it

I've had strong tincture. But I'm not sure what the ratios were I did not make it I'm afraid.

I know a guy like that too. Everyone else gets just wasted from my edibles and he doesn't feel a thing. They must have a higher threshold with the blood/brain barrier or something. He gets good and baked from smoking weed, but nothing from an edible.

Poor Jetdro. Consumption of too much cannabis edibles is a terrible experience. I couldn't imagine consuming that much.
My wife is one of those people nearly immune to edibles. There is definitely something going on in the processing in the liver before it gets to the rest of the body to be explained because I make cookies in which 1 or 2 usually has someone completely couch locked and the odd person thinking they are going to die but my wife ate 6 of them and went to work hustlin and bustlin tables like it ain't no thang.
It has got to have something to do with the liver and the THC being converted into 11 hydroxy metabolite.
I also want to say that my wife has pretty extreme eczema and I often wonder if this is all tied in together somehow. Her liver, her skin, the cannabinoid receptors in her skin and the rest of her body. She's a super fucking chronic and I'd actually blind bet money against almost anyone that she could out smoke em. Sometimes I wonder if her ailments are in a sense utilizing all of the cannabinoids that enter her body rendering them less effective in the brain or once they get to the brain.
...... if that makes any sense.

I totally get you guys, my tolerance especially to edibles is SKY HIGH, I've made cookies with my magical butter machine and a half to a whole cookie will get someone REALLY nice, I've ate a dozen at a clip and was still able to function and go to work ??? Granted as well I also suffer many ailments, ms being one.... So who knows? And my coconut oil was crazy potent, like 2oz primo bud to 4oz trim to 32oz of coconut oil.... Though a good bowl packing will do the trick? Huh? One of the reason I went so crazy for the ghost train haze, always got me high regardless of what came before it 
I've made the glycerin as well and it just rocks, good for aching muscles to use as a topical or good right under the tongue... Much more palatable than the one made with ecerclear which I didn't care for at all
