I can only imagine the neighbor stories this will be good for in the future! Good, bad or indifferent its gonna be funny. I'd keep everything and replace it as I upgraded. I would also keep a couple ballasts as spares.

I'd say sell the old ballasts and buy digital ballasts. I've sold loads of second hand ballasts and upgraded mine. I don't like old electrical stuff anyway.
I'm buying another 5 digital Lumatek ballasts at the show next week. No doubt I will sell some more equipment soon. I've also sold reflectors and pots.
