What should I sell?

Ok, the grow is shut down and it will be another six months to relocate, etc.

So what should I keep? What should I sell instead of move? What should I just mash down the drain with my foot?

Numerous 600 W HPS but with analog ballasts (mostly) and really old clunky ventilator hoods that take me an hour to seal with alumnized tape. Good lights when I bought them though (PL) with good reflectors. Numerous 400 HPS and MH too.

Two big ass aluminum CO2 tanks. Fifty pounders but one of them is Coca-Cola red and I saw that some places in CO have a problem with filling former Coke tanks (snitches).

Three in-line fans with a half used Carbon filter (about 20" diameter x 3')

My controller. Not bad, but a bit long in the tooth. With CO2 sensor. Plant Pro brand

Circulator fans, a couple of 20 unit cloners, passive fire protection, about 100 5' perma-stakes, ten 5 gallon carboys (thought about tossing them and just getting new ones rather than moving them.)

Portable AC units and dehumidifiers (several)

I guess I would keep all my instruments.

The lights are really most of my concern. I would love to just buy all new ceramics and DE HPS but I expect to be pretty low on funds for a while.

So what do you think? I figured on keeping the controller but wonder about the other stuff.

Bring it....you can upgrade later;)
Yeah, I think you are right. It's a lot of space, but replacing it costs so much. It's all good stuff too if a little old. Even though the hoods are an older type that are a pain in the ass, the reflectors are good. But the movers are going to know what's up. Too late to matter.

Wondering if I will run CO2 the same way (compressed), but those tanks are like family to me in a way. I like to rub against them when they are freshly filled.

Keep the things that need no upgrade and are easy to move. Sell the lights and get upgraded when ready( although PL is a very reliable unit).

If it were me & funds were an issue i'd keep the lights & sell the rest f you cant take it all .

If you got lights you can start a grow on day 1 at the new place , bing bang boom & 90 days later ya got a harvest , bi
Start replacing at that point , you can grow without all the other stuff but without lights you gotta start from scratch .

If i were you i'd take a seriuos look at HTG supply when its time for new lights & ballasts , you can get a 600 dimable ballast , huge 3x3 air cooled hood plus 90,000 lumen bulb at your door for $400 & get a 5 yr no questions asked warranty on the ballast .
