this whole court seems weak for hc. are we getting both sides? or did hc no do any prep work thinking we are stoners and didn't do any fact searching?
weird for a serious gov court case.
did hc assume they would just win? if they do after what ive seen id say the entire government is fully rigged.

This is pretty par for the course for Hellth Canaduh. People have been fighting them for access for 20+ years now, I don't recall them ever winning a significant decision. They just make up bullshit policy and think we'll accept it like good lil sheeple. Then off to court and appeal, appeal, appeal!!! Rinse, repeat.

It is possible for the judge to rule in favour of getting rid of the mmpr altogether and giving a time frame to
Come up with a think tank to design a system that has a chance of working.

Im no legal expert but cant the judge or the sc someone deny the appeal?
I mean if the appeal means another circus side show like this then i say lets save the next batch of expert witnesses dignity and get growing

Why were you so pissed off at us when you first came on here ? You seem like a decent type and are one of us growers at home. In all honesty rnr you did seem a bit off when you first went after us. And also some of your stuff just didn't make sense at times. ......so what was with that ? You sorta don't sound like the same guy. Just sayin. You seem much more on our side now and way less pissed off at us ?
Peace to you brother and I'm am sorry for the nasty comments I have made your way. I Apologize for jerking you around. Even the goat won't talk to me.
I also wish your home garden much prosper.
If we go legal I also wish you well in your LP business. As long as we can grow too.

Not so weird really. #1) most gov employees are follwers not leaders and they just dont think for themselves. They need to be told what to do. That is how gov offices work alll the way up to the minister who heads the departments. So if nobody was specifically instructed to prepare testimony for a specific thing and in a specific manner then it just didnt get done.

#2 gov lawyers are gov lawyers because they could not cut it in the private sector. Again they are followers who need specific operating instructions... the gov doesnt pay well enough to get good lawyers

#3) add 1+2 and you get a total lack of preparedness...

Some of my best friends are federal and provincial civil servants and it is their opinion that i am sharing here, not mine. Naturally this not the case with all civil servants. There are some who are on the ball and they (peeps like my civil servant pot head friends) are the ones who pick up all the slack for the rest and keep gov working...at about the same level as a high functioning retard...hahahahahah

Also the case IS weak not because if they the way the gov is presenting their side, but because the entire argument against weed is and always has been incredibly weak...

Plaintiff expert fire witness Moen said most homes and businesses have unlabeled chemicals or other WHMIS violations. Garis doesn't agree
I cant believe that hc still uses this argument. There is nothing in a growers box of chemicals that is more corosive or harmful than anything that is already under the sink or in the garage in every single household on this continent. And i dont know why the defense doesnt say exactly that in reply to this argument? I mean that hc would even mention this shows the level of willful ignorance they are stooping to in this case. They should be embarassed to make that point...and the defense should point that out as well...
