So here's the rest of the story.

You know Buck if one person here implicated the whole Democrat party from a statement or action that just one member of the party made, you would go ballistic, yet, you have no problem doing exactly that and not researching the rest of the story.
Greene ultimately voted for the bill, which cleared the committee unanimously.
so you think it's OK to have sex with unconscious people then?

it's probably better for your boyfriend that way anyway.

Did Greene vote because of all the blow-back he received. I mean the guy actually stated that sex with an unconscious person on a first date shouldn't be allowed but it could be different in a long-term relationship , so does that mean you can sex your unconscious girlfriend of 5 years without her consent ? I myself fall in the group that you have to have consent for sex EACH AND EVERYTIME even with your wife. anything else can be viewed as rape...and yes it is possible to rape your wife. Why is this even a debate is the question.

do you understand the meaning of unconscious
Sleep is defined as a state of unconsciousness from which a person can be aroused. In this state, the brain is relatively more responsive to internal stimuli than external stimuli. Sleep should be distinguished from coma. Coma is an unconscious state from which a person cannot be aroused.

have you ever been in a long term relationship ?

so you stick your dick in your sleeping boyfriend? anytime he goes to sleep, he may just wake up with your cock up his ass?
i stick my cock in my sleeping girlfriend, although her sleeping ends quite abruptly
but its all good, consent was given
"are you going to wake me up with your cock again" her words

you should try it with your wife buckypoo, be a little spontaneous if you can manage that,
wifey is possibly bored of "sex Tuesdays"

believe me, i researched the rest of the story. you seem to be implying that fucking someone in their sleep and without their consent is a perfectly fine thing to do. it frightens me that you would even point to that as some sort of defense.

and what the rest of the GOP has had to say about rape isn't any better. in fact, it's worse.

Normal sleep is an altered state of consciousness.
