You cannot defend Obamacare because it is indefensible. It wasnt needed, it isnt wanted by those who are going to have to pay for it which is btw, MOST of us.
actually, 59% of people want to keep obamacare.

perhaps it is a skewed poll?

Even with insurance there is still a deductible and copay. If you took the cheaper version of O'care, your out of pocket costs are 6K before your insurance will pay anything. This is huge for catastrophic events, but does nothing for a regular doctor visit.
we had over $15,000 worth of medical bills in 2014 in our house. i got to pay almost all of the $4000 OOP because my wife wasn't able to work.

i guess we could have just paid a $200 penalty instead and let you guys cover those costs, but we're not a family of robroys over here.

we got multiple regular doctor visits for free as part of our plan too. i believe two visits a year per person, no cost at all.

you seem to have shit for where your brains should be.

No, they should pay for their healthcare out of pocket like everyone else should. Insurance should be for emergencies.
since tension headaches don't really count as emergencies, that would have left me paying about $15,000 last year in medical bills.

your plan is stupid.

There was practically NO opposition to insurance reform, just opposition to what we have. How many people still claim the bill is good as is like you guys used to? 10%?
59% of people want to keep it at last check, not 10%.

11% is the number of people who want a republican alternative.

probably should have checked yourself before you wrecked yourself.

Topomax, it may be the answer if physicians haven't suggested that drug yet by the way. Wonderful effects for chronic migraine and sometimes tensions headache sufferers.

Cluster headaches are better off with imitrex injectable usually.

numbness in extremities was too much.

just trying to figure out something to keep the spinal fluid buildup down. steroids and beta blockers at the moment, along with vicodin and xanax. quite the cocktail.

You get out of bed everyday in this mood? Chill out man, it's the new year, try being a decent person and people might actually read what you have to say.

You are actually getting more pity now than disdain. Is that what you were shooting for?

A meltdown first thing can't be healthy for you. Stress is a killer man.
i don't see what was so hateful about pointing out the falsehoods in your posts. pointing out the popular support obamacare enjoys, correcting your non-facts, relating NLXSK's "solutions" to my personal situation...where do you get hateful out of that?

i even skipped over the post of yours citing taxfoundation.org, a koch and exxon owned "think tank" (i know, oxymoron) which has been busted for bad methodology and outright fraud.

i figured that would really induce a meltdown out of you, so i restrained myself.

Ugh. Luckily my wife is getting relief finally with 100mg topomax twice daily. I understand where you are at, keep your heads up and keep looking for solutions. Consider alternatives also, depending on the cause of the symptoms psilocybin mushrooms can sometimes be used therapeutically to reduce frequency.

I have never myself, but some forums dedicated to migraines and cluster headaches have members discussing their use. For some people they can go on a serious trip once every two-three months and for some reason their migraines dissipate for a period.

I totally forgot about that. One of my ex's used to do that to help her migraines.
She didn't need much either, like ~1g of Cubensis. We'd just throw on some GD (I loved listening to AoXoMoXoA especially 'Rosemary' or "the best of" with 'darkstar') and let the magic happen, then she'd be good for a few weeks.
