I just spent about 10 minutes videotaping my eyes during this test. I had no I eyeball movements whatsoever. I also googled online and they say if you're high you can't cross your eyes. That's bullshit. I tried walking on a straight line and turn, I tried the one leg, and nothing. They would have to make shit up for me to fail.

I think these are all standard alcohol related sobriety tests?
And what would be wrong about that ? The idea should be to keep unsafe drivers off the roads, thats it. I could careless if one has one or even two drinks and then drives, long as they can safety control the car, whats the problem ?

What about those who drive with a hangover and little sleep, there should be a skill test to stop those people from driving. I like to see reflex tests and if one fails, they don;t drive again until they can pass it.

Traffic accidents stink, U can go from being in great shape to laid up in bed for months in a flash. I'm all for preventing accidents from happening but I don't want to see folks that can safely drive, not be allowed to.

My point was that I'm not seeing any weed-specific field tests other than this potential saliva test. The eyeball action I didn't see on myself on video. And I could cross my eyes, and I read where if you were high, you can't cross your eyes. So again, I'm just saying I'm not seeing any field sobriety checks of significance specific to Canna

Im just about at the point where i say fuk Michigans mmj program & go back underground , atleast that way i know exactly where i stand from day to day .

IMO all this flim flamming they are doing is with the intent of giving LEO much more flexibility as to who they deem to be operating outside the law , therefore allowing unlimited fines & court costs once again .

As allways in Mich its about using citizens as an ATM machine .

He told me they'll have three categories, patient, grower and caregiver and you can possess a pound and a half per patient and it will be easy to get rid of overages. But of course there will be taxes.

Then the next move is to get every grower used to having 24 ounces per patient x 5 patients then change shit up again & put the limit down to an ounce per patient .

Next comes the Headlines & tv shows about Michigans pot barons getting busted with hundreds of ounces .

When i still owned the dispensary i had a chance to do an interview with channel 2 news , i blew em off , dicks aint making me out to be a pot baron .

No need for a test that checks for all the people driving around high on prescription meds I guess.
Speaking of which i used to get an extremely powerfull narcotic called Stadol, its a nasal spray for migranes where each squirt is equal to a 50 mg Demerol injection .

I got pulled over & the spray bottle was in the cup holder, cop picked it up & sniffed it but didnt squeeze the plunger ,i had to scream at him from the back seat of the cruiser to stop sniffing the bottle .

Cop started being a dick as usual so i was like allright fuker sniff away , i wish he'd of got some up his nose he'd of been laid out in the road stoned on his ass calling for help .

Belle went to center for compassion in TC. due to stomach flu going around it was only a few of them, no car load. lol.
She said everything went exactly as it has been. She said the forms are very similar to the old ones. (which means she just didn't notice any difference.)
She qualified for the $25 state fee before and now that's more expensive. But everything is still the same.
I think once a year she needs to go see the doctor to maintain dr-patient relationship, but that's been going on for a little bit now.
Hope that helps cephalopod.

Since the law originally passed she has always went through one of the original places in southfield. This was her first trip to another dr for herself.
And she has several patients through Dr. Bob as well. None of them have been to his office yet this year though.

The Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus is most often deployed when the smell of alcohol and related physical conditions are not present in drivers "suspected" of intoxication (aka drugged driving).

The integrity between science (applied technology) and the courtroom has always been questionable and/or subjective. The horizontal gaze is simply a medical diagnostic tool mastered by few experienced medical doctors and training Johnny Law to perform this procedure roadside with any integrity is simply absurd. Regardless, it happens and will happen a hell of a lot more this year. I assume by years end we will be having conversations about Michigan's legal MJ blood levels and that scientific/legal conundrum overseen by our Court of Appeals, kind of like the legality of extracts and P2P relationships our community faces today ...
I videoed this with some friends I was really hammered. We recorded our eyes following the pen. After we went through the video frame by frame, we could see one eye looking straight and one looking to the side creepy shit man .

So what you're saying is, it ended up more expensive but its good for two years and you need a followup visit? I think I have some renewals coming up.

U don't "need" a followup visit but they like to see U do it.

The older or more frail one is, the less I would worry about maintaining this doc relationship..these punks in their 20's who need MM so they can ride their skateboards to the park each day, yeah, they should have everything in perfect order but I can't see the state going after seniors cause they only seen their MM doctor once every 2 years. it depends who the person is and what they are doing....now all that said, I was just at my MM clinic 2 months ago despite my card being good for 18 more months ...better to be too safe vs not safe enough
