Its never legal to "sell", but donate i think is, as long as theyre a cardholder. But why wouldnt you just print the paper and have them sign it saying your a caregiver of theirs?

No it isn't, there have been multiple court rulings on this. To legally transfer they must by your registry associated patient. Patients may obtain cannabis from any source legally. This applies to both transfer free of charge or with charge.

Every dispensary you go to and sign a form you are assigning them as a caregiver, as far as ive experienced you can have many. So they can make you a caregiver of theirs. And you should have the paperwork and get them to sign lol.

Kmog you're in California aren't you? Michigan doesn't even have any dispensary distribution legalese passed yet. Currently, by existing laws a caregiver may sign up to five patients. Regardless man I'd donate a fat doobie, to an appropriate patient, on your behalf if you rolled through town.

Yes im in California. I guess i assumed the caregiver status was similar lol. I still think its hilarious that by law you have to call it donating. I would appreciate the doob if i was over in that neck of the woods lol.

edit: ahhh i see your from cali. things work a little different in Michigan. unfortunately

I've been to dispensaries in both Detroit and Flint and neither had me fill or sign any forms...they just look at my MM card and buzz me in...same with G3C in Flint, I just paid $20 for a membership card and signed nothing and if I lose my memebership card for G3C I need to pay another $20 for another card since G3C keeps no records at all.

Thats pretty cool huh

Only bummer is when I'm am out of bud now, i refuse to go anyplace else but G3C or some dispensary in Flint...fuck going into Detroit, Flint seems like a world class city compared to Detroit, ha ha

Is Bob a mod or something? My post from yesterday and the like I got are gone. I didn't say anything that should have been censored so what the heck is going on?! I see he changed his Darth Vader pic. I guess RIU is now run by fascists. I see threads that make no sense anymore because someone has deleted so many of the posts. This site is so screwed up. It's too bad the seed depot went down or I'd be over there instead.

If someone speaks of freedom, political correctness or simply being humane on a planetary level. Let alone do anything that might compete for business with RIU, doc bob or herbies seed shop. Chances are something will get deleted.

He might as well be, if he doesn't like something the mods here will remove it on bob's command. He does this on every forum he's on. He's a supposed doctor who spends all day on the net policing his views.

The Michigan Supreme Court has ruled that sales are legitimate between a caregiver and any patient who is connected with that cg through the State Registry under sec. 4 of the law. I wish no one had started that "donation" hooey. Under sec. 8 there is protection from conviction if selling to a patient who has designated that person as their caregiver, with or without registration, and that agreement should be documented. This latter is more risky and can cost a lot of time, money, and grief, but it is an option for educated people who choose that risk.
