Didn't read all posts but 1) you can sell, donate is dumb if u think it hiding the fact you're selling weed. 2) no you can sell all day to your assigned patients but not anyone who isn't directly linked thru the registry to you as chief. 3) that's all section 4 shit, section 8 is different and more costly a route to prove your medical legality. The sections I refer to are of the mmma which you should READ before u make choices based on "what the interweb guys said". Ignorance is no defense.

I wish no one had started that "donation" hooey.
