They don't need to be sued --- it was a terrible accident. A policy change and training to prevent these situations.

Having said that, I'm sure big bucks will be paid to lots of deserving lawyers.
the policy was already changed 20+ years ago, sistah!

i was right, "your" an idiot to the end!

The One is drafting memos instructing LEO's to NOT enforce the laws as writ.
not true at all, princess!

he is using his authority as executive to prioritize enforcement of existing laws with the resources he has.

in other words, he is following the faithful execution clause and it makes your pooper painful.

Maybe ----

I don't know him well enough. But the "law and order, hollier than thou" types of the right irritate the crap out of me. He smells of that ... could just be me.

Those personalities are as irritating to me as the "race baiters" of the left.
You're not a fan of law and order?

I suppose you prefer the Somali system of governance?

There really isn't much middle ground. If the law and order collapsed tomorrow, it would be mass chaos in the USA.

We can talk about changing some of the laws. But that is till favoring law and order.

HERE you go again.

How can you keep propagating that bullsqueeze?

Exclusion from enforcement isn't a prioritization. It's an exclusion from any consideration of priority.

i think when kkkynes says that "niggers" are "like that everywhere", that is considered quite disrespectful and quite horrific name calling.

but you may not agree, bignbushy.

hence why you are a subway sandwich artist at the age of 31, and even then only through the saving grace of your parents who would cut you off if they knew you were sucking secret penis on the side.
I've not seen much use of the N word here except from you.

I knew you were too stupid to get it ...

1) I'm referring to what started the incident in the first place; the crack down policy on loosie sales

2) CA/M training to minimize escalation from the start.

My premise: the cops aren't inherntly bad guys, but they can get there fast because of bad laws/training.

sadly for you, sweetheart, no one is being excluded from enforcement. obama even said so.

well, i guess that is not so sad for you. less competition for those prestigious jobs in the sandwich artist industry!

Explain to me then what he meant when he said we will no longer be deporting illegals who have been here for 5 years?

I don't see how that isn't excluding them from the mandated legal deportation we do to illegal aliens.

Not to mention that there was a increasing number of grown men piling on top of him after the initial take down.
That's known a s a thug scrum or a pig pile. The guy was murdered and his family and friends will not receive any justice.

This kind of activity is not going to go away, it will get worse and is a symptom not of a coming police state, but of one that is already here.

Yes, you conducted a scientific experiment by choking yourself. This is what liberals call science.

He died from complications of being fat and other conditions and primarily due to fighting with the police.
He died from complications that arise from a police state.

Murder begins where self defense ends. I think he was murdered.

His "crime" did not involve attacking another person, it was for trying to make a living and for thinking he owned himself. The victim was attacked and killed on the street. Badges, costumes and guns do not grant extra rights. The fuckers that killed him got away with murder. They were not protecting anybody.

i agree but it's NOT the training..it's the cop.

#99 is a loose cannon with 2 other pending lawsuits against him for use of force.

the fact that he mugged for the camera (while garner lay on the sidewalk) in the 2nd (which i didn't see until yesterday)..when i saw that..i stopped the vid and took a good look at him..it's the cop, make no mistake about that.
