I have read it but I missed the part where you have the constitutional right to resist arrest.... Could you point that part out?
LOL and where in the constitution does it say resisting arrest is punishable by death with no trial?.....
People are too quick to come to a decision when it doesn't concern them. Try looking at things from other people's shoes or different perspectives to analyze a situation deeper and get more out of it.

nowhere in the constitution does it say standing in front of a speeding train is punishable by death either.

career felons well known to the police, who start wrasslin with the cops when they dont know if he is packin steel necessitates a violent response.

and sometimes when you start shit, you get stomped.

I got pulled over one time. Had my 4 year old daughter in the car.

It was a felony stop. Cops came out of the SUV with guns drawn
! cop was across the hood yelling for me to put my hands up
The other cop was at my door telling me to open the door.

When i would go to open the door the hood cop would scream "put your hands up"
WHen I did that the door cop would yell "open the door"

Eventually the door cop opened my door and threw me to the ground

Then we played another game.
While he was on my back yelling at me to put my hands behind my back he was punching me in the kidneys.
When I would put my hands behind my back he would start pushing my forehead into the pavement.
I would put an arm under my face so my face wouldnt get chewed up on the road and he would start punching in the kidneys again

I couldnt walk for a week. I spent the whole week in jail while the DA was trying to put together a case of fleeing an officer.
Eventually i took a plea bargain. They figured a ticket was better than trying to get me for fleeing an officer at a high speed of 30 miles an hour for 2 blocks

That was a stupid comparison lol You know we're talking about 2 humans right? You cant comparethe way a train acts to a human.
Ok, maybe he was packing... maybe every suspect is packing, that means kill them all?
POINT is cops not being held to the same standard as the rest of citizens. A regular person cannot kill an unarmed man without penalty.
And to further my point, THE DUDE HAD 2 OTHER GUYS TO BACK HIM UP. HE COULD'VE LET GO AND GRABBED OTHER ARM AND MAYBE DONE HIS ACTUAL JOB WHICH WOULD BE ARRESTING HIM.

The interesting thing about these "law and order" idiots, I betcha anything, if they live in a dry state, they still suck on the "ganja" and none of them abide by the federal law.

It's the same old shit; "I like the rules I like, because that's what we dooo"!

Hypocrites. Wait till they get tackled and stuck in a head lock for "littering". Some people just can't keep track of the bigger picture.

The cops have a tough job, but I'll bet everyone of those NY guys wish they had a "do-over", just because ....

The 4th amendment doesn't say you can't be arrested without an investigation or a warrant. All cops need to arrest you is PROBABLE CAUSE. A cop would have probable cause if he saw you selling loose cigs, or was informed by a plain clothes cop that someone was selling loose cigs.

If the cops wrongly arrested you, they will let you go, from there it is up to you to get a lawyer and make a case against them for the false arrest. The cops sure aren't going to help you.

I agree that cops need to be looking at real crimes, not penny ante tax on cigarettes.
Without trying to intentionally play Devils Advocate, at what quantative level should the police arrest people for blatant tax avoidance?

If selling loose cigrits is ok then at what level is it "not ok" and the cops should intervene?

It was only loose cigrits...
It was only an 1/8th of weed...
It was only a car...
It was only a boat...

If you say boat, you're racist against white people.

Dude, your missing the bigger picture; it's not what they did, it's the method they used.

We don't live in a quantized world; it's analog; there's shades of grey in the real world. You just have to be smart enough to recognize the situation for what it is and respond accordingly.

It's tough when your a cop; conditions change fast. But a guy trying to make a buck selling cigs on the street corner vs a guy committing a robbery ....

Why did you take a plea bargain if you did nothing wrong?

And they cannot do a felony stop on you for speeding so.....

His past arrest has no bearing on this situation. He held his hands up and was unarmed. It is murder plain and simple.

I'm one of the biggest gun toting backer spitting rednecks. I have been called racist before.

I promise on everything I have if that happened in front of me I don't think I could stand idle.

This shit has got to stop. We have to stop it.
