Worried for my SweetTooth Auto

Hello. I'm growing a SweetTooth Auto indoors. The plant is about 40 days old since it sprouted from the soil. It's in a 4 gallon pot and I water it about every 5-7 days. I overwatered it at first when it was young but have siezed since then and learned from that. The growing medium is vigoro organic soil. And if you can tell from the picture it has started some flowering on top. I have 3 26watt cfl lights on it. The lights were about 2 inches from the plant during its entire grow. At first I used one light, then two and now three for its size now. If it got much bigger I would add a fourth and fifth but I dont even think it needs the three I have on it right now to be honest. I have been using tap water for watering and letting it sit for 24-48 hours. Unfortunately I don't know the PH but I will be going out soon to get a digital PH tester and making sure that isn't an issue. As for the lighting I have decided to move the CFL's back a few inches to get it to stretch and grow some more, if this is a bad idea say so. Also the temps have ranged from 80-100F with lights on. And with the lights off it can get down to 65F. The light schedule is 19/5 but has been 24/0 up until yesterday. There is a small fan circulating air in there as well. 4x3 indoor setup.

I have some questions. They are:
1. Why did the two leaves at the bottom turn nearly white?
2. Why did one of the leaves slightly shrivel and turn white on one side of the leaf?
3. Is this plant size (about 3-4 inches) a normal size for 40 days old?
4. Should I start adding some nutrients? What kind?

Thanks in the advance to all who read/comment.

Edit: The pictures made the top leaves look very yellow, this is not the case, they are in fact very green.

The soil comes with nutes already in it for a slow release of 3 months. Just giving it water really.

Edit: I just realized that those "white" leaves at the bottom do have some slight tinge of yellow, also with browning tips. I believe it is a nitrogen deficiency in my plant. Perhaps the white is just a very bright yellow.

However it doesn't explain the shrivled white leaf I have towards the center of the plant.

I've grown a whole bunch of autos and noticed that theres always a couple runts - that just - refuse to grow....
.. and it is probably hating whatever that soil is... easier to buy normal soil and then add nutrients to it...
I grow my autos in 7 liter pots with normal soil mixed with coco and perlite - then add nutes when the plant is established and has its true leaves... and water with Ph'd water! :) Hope U have better luck next time round!

80-100 is maxing out your temps. Try to stay between 72-80.

That plant is way small for six weeks.

I have never grown in your soil and have no idea what you've given it.

Your white leaves are confusing me. That is... that is odd.

Also thanks for the guide yokel. I read it and have a few good laughs at your humor. I will try to follow this guide next time. Also were you serious when you kept saying "So now you have your 2 13 watt cfl lights? And also what is a hydro store so I can see if we have one in town?

Hell no... 100w of CFL per square foot minimum.

A hydro store is anywhere you can buy supplies for indoor gardening.
