Yea they're freakin huge lol but they put out some power believe that. You will notice a difference in a couple days. Those are the best cfl bulbs IMHOHoly shit those are big bulbs! Got 'em in and back to 18/6 schedule. More pics will come as things progress!
Glad my advice was of some help could u post a picture of the big bulb? Just interested as a comparison to my 125 watt Which is also huge lolClose up of the blue mystic auto. Lovely lady!
If you got the room 10..23 watters will put out more light then one 300 watter and use less powerHoly shit those are big bulbs! Got 'em in and back to 18/6 schedule. More pics will come as things progress!
Mines are hanging vertical. I created a veg box with three light sockets that I put in the box myself. I used three extension cords to power the light sockets. I cut the end of the cord with the extension part off spliced the cord so the copper wires could be exposed, connected the copper wires to the sockets and that's how I powered my veg box. The light sockets are screwed into the box so they are strong enough to hold them. I learned how to make those lights in a grow book. Very inexpensive to make.IDK exactly. I'd say the weight is proportional to the size. Yes, it is heavier than other CFLs but not overly so. What are you putting it in? Mine hangs vertically from a reflector. If it was horizontal, I'd want the outlet it's screwed into to be fairly stout.
Nice lil box bro. What kinda light you got in there and how much? I don't flower in mines just use it for veg. Here's minesView attachment 3252453
Yea they are pretty big. There are some 150w that's smaller then those but are still pretty good. If you feel you need more lighting get some y-splitters an add more bulbsI like them but need to create more room for them
