Proof? You seem to know everything and want to argue points you know nothing about.

Please refer to intelligence cycle and/or target centric approach as it relates to collection.
I know what I'm talking about, you're the one who came along trying to correct me. I'm simply playing along

Well if you knew what you were talking about you wouldn't have made these comments...

- the designation of the NSA is to spy on domestic subjects

- the designation of the CIA is to spy on foreign subjects.

For procurement see NSA/TAO

I'll give you the hints i'm not giving you the answers.

I made it clear that the CIA cannot legally spy domestically, do you have proof on the contrary? I doubt it.

The National Security Agency (NSA) CAN legally spy domestically. I didn't say that was their only purpose, I said that they are the only intelligence agency that you really have to worry about in the USA. You can ramble on about the FBI all you want, but the NSA kicks their ass up and down the street all day when it comes to gathering intelligence. They have different missions, so its like comparing apples to oranges.

it's real.
The question is......who bought it?
Most likely someone who hates food stamps and got ahold of some to make a point
Found it ...
The guys name is Louis Wayne Cuff. He turned around and sold the stuff at a discount price. He used his girlfriends bridge card to make the purchases.
Cuff was charged with three counts of food stamp fraud and was sentenced to 45 days in the Menominee County Jail and six months probation.

i have quotes from righties on this forum who admit to fraudulently receiving food stamps, basically breaking the system to prove it's broken.

Youre the one comparing the two, sigint and humint, domestic and foreign.

I made it very clear where the NSA role lies in regards to domestic warrantless surveillance and that is analysis, cataloging and storing the data. Collection domestically is via the FBI and corporate partners in regards to SIGINT.
