rape whistles can only be heard by rapists, hence why many ugly women wear them, in the hopes they can find a conscious drunk rapist that will succumb to the siren song of the rape whistle. The more the better for these walrus, some may even let the man marry them and let them be domestic girlymen who sit around all day and troll internet forums or play golf.

See? There ya go.

IT EXISTS. Why not use it?
In lieu of teaching dudes to keep their junk in their pants?

Nah dude when you think about pretty fucked up colleges have to teach anti rape classes and women have to resort to concealed carry or a shitty whistle to minimize the chance of rape.

The whole idea is predicated not on weeding out rapists but teaching young women about how not to get raped. It's like bizarro world...

Not sure if you're talking about "the cause" or how bill intends to spend his time from 2016 onwards...

that's simply not true.
Idiot - what kind of shitty mother did you have?

Can there be any doubt that women are the main caregivers for the sick, the elderly, the disabled, the young? This state of affairs is true not only in the US but in almost every country in the world. For the most part, we accept women's caregiving as the natural order of our culture, but when it comes to the urgency of HIV/AIDS and other global pandemics, the impact on women and girls highlights just how disastrous the disproportionate burden of caregiving can be. Caregiving affects women and girls socially, economically, physically, and mentally.
Narcissism is a direct result of your upbringing. With all the rape threads and comments it's obvious you have severe mommy issues

How do you stop a rapist before they become a rapist? How can you know (or at least reasonably assume) who is or isn't going to rape someone?

And wtf is a whistle gonna do? Seriously. Most people are too scared to try to help. She might get lucky and be within earshot of a nearby "hero" archetype... maybe.

I still say that if a woman really wants to be "safe" (as possible), she'll put in the work to gain physical strength and martial knowledge sufficient to equal or exceed the brute force of any potential rapist, and not willingly put herself in compromising positions (such as being "legally incompetent after just one drink"), because she cares enough about protecting herself, to take it seriously. And if she happens to get attacked, overwhelmed, and successfully raped... then fuck it, shoot the guy! Everyone would understand, IMO. I would anyway. If a woman killed her rapist during or immediately after the incident, i'd vote justifiable homicide. If the rapist rolls the dice and loses, that's his own damn fault.

Women need to be tough enough to fend for themselves, if they want to be considered "equal." That's part of the responsibility of independence: "the price of freedom is eternal vigilance." People everywhere are waiting to take your freedom from you, one way or another. You have to care enough to prepare to maintain the level of readiness required to stop someone like that. I've seen some very tough women who would make any potential attacker regret his choice of target.
