Why Michael Brown beating the fuck out of the cop is relevant.

I'm still waiting to hear the 911 call from the store he robbed. Owner said he never called. If the owner is saying he wasn't robbed, then how can there be a robbery ?
So the video of him being robbed is just a mass hallucination?

The thing that ignited this flame was the POSSIBILITY that a cop killed someone in cold blood. Hear that? The POSSIBILITY. I think that speaks measures for us as a race. Of HUMANS

Why did he not reach for his taser instead of his sidearm? Really, I have yet to figure out why the officer did not draw and fire his taser.

If brown was upon him his weapon is the preference for the officer's safety. Once a threat is no longer, force is ceased.

So he either was attacked and killed a person who was running away at a distance of 30-35 feet, or just shot and killed a man 30-35 feet away when he could have used his less then lethal option.

Any ideas?

I would like to figure out this taser thing, if I am late to he party forgive me. Why no taser?
You left out the scenario that a 6'4" 292lb man was allegedly charging the officer, 30-35 feet could be covered in less than two seconds.
It's easy for you and I to make rational decisions while sitting behind a computer, not so much making that same decision under those circumstances, agree.

You keeping forgetting ONLY one person is saying that. 4 eyewitnesses are saying Brown did not charge.

My combat time and service in combatant detainee centers states otherwise friend. I feel I am able to have a solid understanding of the setting and events he was placed into. Being a police officer is a difficult job at times, this stop was certainly a difficult one.

I am questioning the officers decision to use his sidearm.

If he panicked that is a reasonable response, he wasn't a rookie though. He has likely had to react appropriately before in other tough situations. If he was armed with a taser it was likely on the other side of his kit, opposite the pistol, you must actively make the decision to grab death or less then lethal. Panic is something that new guys have, training removes panic quite well. Why this time? Six years is more then enough time to master escalation of force.

I eagerly await official stories from all angles. What the hell happened?

You are all forgetting that you dont know what actually happened as much as the next guy doesnt know what actually happened. How about we start bickering about the real issues here. Like every cop should wear a camera. If we all put as much effort into that, instead of pointlessly bitching about what we dont know what did or did not happen. Lets fucking band together for a real fuckin cause that we can all agree on instead of fuckin arguing about shit that cant be proved either way. Lets try to find a real solution instead of bitching about about the problem. We are all the fuckin problem for fighting about stupid shit when we should be using this to come together on something we actually fuckin agree on. Make fuckin sense?

thanks for lecturing us on how we don't know what happened AFTER the stuff you were saying happened was debunked.

you truly are an inspiration.

The camera idea is a wonderful preventative for police misbehavior, and supports the LEOs in proving cases and providing evidence on film.

Keeps people more honest perhaps.

i know this won't go over well, but what kind of witnesses? his buddies, and bitter (even though maybe justified) black folks, aren't going to carry much weight, in the eyes of the predominately white jury...
I'd be surprised if any of the true witnesses read at a 7th grade level. Remember that female retard the prosecution put on the stand in the Trayvon Martin case? Yea, that's my point.

Lol

Idiocracy, we live in it.

Ferguson seems pretty ravaged by poverty and lacking in educational achievements. Perhaps this is the root of the problem.

Poverty, exacerbated by ignorance.

You keep counting a guy who was an accomplice in a robbery committed by Michael Brown. A guy who has an outstanding warrant for theft and lying to the police.

Either drop your count to three or expose your charade for what it is...
