Why Michael Brown beating the fuck out of the cop is relevant.

we all saw the officer walking around on tape right after the incident. he was not in a bit of pain.

and if this robbery was so felonious and brutal, why did the store owner not even bother to report it?

you choose what to believe kinda peculiarly.
same thing I was about to say ...or said

I'm still waiting to hear the 911 call from the store he robbed. Owner said he never called. If the owner is saying he wasn't robbed, then how can there be a robbery ?
if the police were so justified, why are they trying to concoct this smear about a robbery and lies about a broken face?

the film is out there, it looks like michael brown paid for those cigars and the owner never reported a robbery.

the film is out there, darren wilson is walking around without showing a single wince of pain right after this brutal struggle.

yup, he placed themoney on the counter. Owner came running because he assumed Dorain still had cigars, in which he did not. Brown grab the owner and said " I ALREADY PAID FOR THESE" and pushed the owner away. Owner went back and saw he really had left money on the counter and did not call 911.

It is possible he felt intimidated. Living in such a poverty stricken place, people tend to not talk to the police, ever. Even if someone they loved was killed

pics or you lie
I have treated men who are carrying one of their limbs and looked bummed out but otherwise in no visible pain.

My favorite was a pair of patients that we expected to come in on litters, they jumped down off the blackhawk and walked up to me while I waiting at the flight line, "WHERE IS THE ER BRO?!"

Only visible signs they were shot was the pressure dressings on their wounds. One man was shot twice through a calf, the other once through the forearm.

They walked in with their armor on, weapons at the low ready, dropped their kits and then laid down finally.

The arm was a through and through, if you fiddled with the contrast a bit you can make out soft tissues in the X-ray, nothing deserving of a radiologists glance.

No foreign bodies, no fractures in that arm. He got shot like a pro.

It doesn't really matter if a cop gets punched in the face by a perpetrator, the officer can only use deadly force to defend himself after Xrays confirm broken bones.:dunce:

Why did he not reach for his taser instead of his sidearm? Really, I have yet to figure out why the officer did not draw and fire his taser.

If brown was upon him his weapon is the preference for the officer's safety. Once a threat is no longer, force is ceased.

So he either was attacked and killed a person who was running away at a distance of 30-35 feet, or just shot and killed a man 30-35 feet away when he could have used his less then lethal option.

Any ideas?

I would like to figure out this taser thing, if I am late to he party forgive me. Why no taser?

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) - The friend who was with Michael Brown when he was shot and killed by a police officer near St. Louis over the weekend is reportedly confirming that he and Brown had taken part in the theft of cigars from a convenience store that day.

Really, I dont know why there is such a controversy over this. Both "sides" both don't want cops to be killers. Both "sides" don't want young black men killed. The only real controversy is what really happened. And the fact of the matter is, is that only a few people really know.

There are basically two possibilities. 1.The cop was racist, hates blacks, and had a vendetta. Decided he didn't like the kid, and thought "hey, i'm gonna murder this kid". 2. The cop was attacked, felt threatened, and did what his training taught him, which is shoot to kill basically. They don't teach shoot to incapacitate.

Any outcome sucks balls. Sucks total balls. We have a dead human being, and a police officer whose life and career is forever marred. I think most people look at this and decide based off what they know, and life experiences to come to a conclusion. But the thing is, none of us really know what happened. NONE of us. We are all basically picking what we logically think happened. People who tend to think that most cops have a chip on their shoulder and are out for blood obviously think scenario number one is most likely. People who tend to think of cops as normal people, most of whom want to do right, want to think that the cop wouldn't just murder someone unnecessarily.

Since none of us know what really happened, we are all really just saying what we think happened. The type of environment we are raised in impacts this thought process dramatically.

i wouldn't be so sure about that.

Single mothers can't raise kids for shit, especially the ghetto black single mothers.

Instead of paying these dumb bitches to breed, they should be sterilized, as their demon spawn either end up being criminals, or breeding more demon spawn.
We are currently de-evolving. The least fit among us breed the most.
Where I live it looks like we are educating mexico......I went to the local hospital and they have a window with baby pic's of new borns, and out of a hundred pic's I counted 60 latino babys....a few years ago there was only a cupple.....

Things are changing......I don't see a solution anytime soon....
Multiculturalism works best when the ocean separates each culture.
I think most American black males are worthless.
black men are worthy of fear and distrust

Do you honestly believe that any majority of people want to see others die?
it didn't take much for that to happen to an entire nation of people about 70 years ago.

with the prime candidates i highlighted above, it's not too much of a stretch to think that it could happen to america. it would just take the right event or chain of events and the right voice to lead the charge.

Thats not the majority however. I feel that in the infomation age, the thing you predict isn't so likely. Look at Egypt. Again, I have faith in the human race. I feel the majority of ANY group, believes in humanities ability to do right.
