I can see the ONLY SMOKE if a MMJ patient COULD SMOKE ANYWHERE ANYTIME & EVERYWHERE
THANK YOU!
I wouldn't hot box someone but I like it when other's smell it. Kind of like an education for them. Welcome to the new world. After being held down for the last 40 years now, I'm cool with the reverse happening a little here or there. I'm not super concerned with their comfort zone. After being oppressed I like oppressing a bit too. lolEven though I sometimes smoke in public, I do make sure I'm not going to smoke next to a bunch of people that don't want to smell it or have smoke in their face. Sometime you just have to give in order to get more back.
Didn't realize any level of provincial court could trump federal but I guess since it's a constitutional challenge it would? Even better, big win.not only BC... clear across the country.\
I had just come on here to ask the same question. Edible products would come under different health regs in the manufacturing, packaging and shipping of them. I would rather see a secondary industry to make and supply medicine other than raw, but only with the right for people to make their own if they choose. On a side note, question, completely irrelevant to this conversation, are the LP's required to print their lables in both english and french? Just curious!Someone finally sees the benefits. So a year to sort it out. Does anyone think the regs of the mmpr are now going to change so that LP's can venture into the extract market and fuck that up as well? While I think it is a positive step, until legalization happens, we are still at the mercy of the government. And we know how much mercy they have for the patients of this program.
