Tobacco is just a plant but I don't want to smell the nasty smoke.

Really needs to be like california, go to your doctor he signs grams per day and gives a plant count. Im not sure about concentrates but i know they have them readily available. Health Canada needs to piss off and leave it to the doctors. Let the doctors do there job, HC can worry about kinder eggs getting into the US.
