Changing laws by executive fiat is contrary to "faithfully executing". The constitution is really pretty simple reading.

It says “ the president shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.”

I don't know what is in the archives of RIU, but I would be quite surprised if there weren't posts by Libertarians condemning Bush for all manner of things.

I am saying that you are a useless propagandist with Obama's swollen glans blocking your airway. The only pleasure I get from this is all the wailing that you and the rest of the progs will spew when the next iteration of imperial presidency, this time Republican, bends you over and takes something you value.

Bill Clinton had to work with Congress

This President had a totally Democrat Congress when he came in.

Why were these initiatives not even taken up? They could have passed a lot of things but they tap danced into the next election, with the ACA tax.

Then they complain about the lack of cooperation.

The American People turned the House against him by supporting the Tea Party.

I have disgust for all of it.
