smuggling was nerve-wracking. I preferred quality-control trips to ********, Mexico, when the muchachos were fucking up the gear.
we had 12 trash-compactors, lined up in a carport, squishin.' the fellas were getting pressured to turn out gear, but weren't drying enough, and the dankest-ass Mex skunk was souring on the trip Norte. we'd drive across a chain bridge, and .............you were in Mexico......that was it. no one there to greet us, check our vehicle. the signs just changed to Spanish. pre-911.

Fuck that. Between an over-reaching president and them using "the nuclear option" in the Senate, everything a previous party has done will be undone every time there is a shift in power.
