When to clone? Timing question.

I want to have plants ready for when my flowering plants finish but I dont have the experience with the timing yet of when to take clones.

If i wanted to get plants ready and vegged to about a 1 1/2 ft high how much time would I need?

Almost impossible to say. Too many factors that are unknown. I'd say give yourself at least 2 to 2.5 months.

It doesnt matter how tall ,what matters is how many tops you have ,if you take some clones ,n veg while others are flowering which is 7-10 weeks depending on strain ,thats 2 weeks for em to root then another 6 weeks veg,youll have nice sized plants and enough time to top em 3-5 x

You could get it 1.5 feet tall in about 3 days, just move your light really far away.

I take clones a week before I flip. Gives them time to recover or in case my clones die.
