Thought I'd post some pictures of the machine I recently got just to show anyone who hasn't gotten one yet, they are all the same on the inside. At least the ones we are using, are the same. I ended up getting a Manatee off of eBay for 99.94 for the machine and shipping. Delivery was a day early, so I got to play with it before I went back to work. For anyone who hasn't taken their machine apart yet, DO NOT take the screws out the bottom of the base BEFORE you remove the back panel to see whats going on. I almost made that mistake. The motor is screwed to the base. I haven't made any modifications yet, but I will be aligning the pulleys when I'm finish with these first runs, they are slightly off. If you are going to replace the exhaust tube, the one on my machine is glued on, so just be careful when removing. You may want to try and avoid separating the base from the tub because the timer wires run down the back of the tub into the base to the motor assembly. Anyway, hope this helps. And Frenchy, thanks again for sharing your knowledge and really showing how much more efficient the machine is versus manually stirring. I've gotten my best yields with the machine, now I just have to stop thinking about how much hash I've thrown away over the years. I'd especially like to thank you for showing that although the trich are delicate, they can be handled in a way to get them clean and prepped for pressing and curing. I would have never hosed them off to clean them, ever. The way i was before, it's like I was scared to handle them. But you now have me ready to work with them, so they can work for me. Many blessing brother.
