From what Iv seen Obamacare policies are generally the ones you describe in your post.

Obamacare - Noble thought, FAILZ0R execution.

Go Universal Healthcare with Private option (with tax deductibles for policy payments) and stop delaying the inevitable.

The ACA through the exchange offers no lifetime cap, no denial for preexisting conditions, no winnowing out of those who aren't profitable enough for the nsurance companes and the deductable is around 6k for an individual - high, yes, but for me, only a thousand higher than my current, soon to be past plan.

I do agree, universal with private option is the way to go. Insurance companies have a different opinion.

Yeah, the insurance companies LURVE ErhBerMerKer.

If you want universal, just admit Obamacare is a failure, Iv seen plans far far worse, $16,500 deductibles, etc.

At least they could've left all this mandatory insurance shit out and just heavily regulated the health insurance industry, it is health afterall, you don't need to be a commie to know its important to a society as a whole.

High? A $6,000 deductible makes that policy fucking useless for most people. My point from the first time I looked at the plans on the exchange. This is why the number of people who have actually committed to policies (as opposed to parking one in their cart) is so low.

What the guy who intentionally has no policy sees: Pay us $3600/year after the taxpayers pay $7200 in SUBSIDEEZ and after you spend $6,000, we'll actually start paying for a percentage of your healthcare costs.

Fucking worthless to a healthy low income person or family.

i tend to recall this one document, might be important, tasking the executive with the duty to faithfully execute the laws.

you know anything about this?
Yeah, that document doesn't allow them to rewrite the laws.

Which is what extending the deadline requires.

I am making them go broke! Already had one double hernia surgery, one side was fucked up (thanks doc) going back for the 2nd surgery on March 20th. So far I have spent 1200 bucks on insurance and have had 1, 10k surgery, about to have the 2nd 10k surgery, then throw in the numerous doctor visists I have had... Wearing them OUT.

I'm sorry. I'm being lazy here. Could you translate "LURVE ErhBerMerKer." from Leprechaun to english? Thanks.

Careful. You are dangerously close to being a racist now.
unlike you, i've never seen him say a racist thing in his life. you are being hypersensitive now, ya bigot.

evilgenius simply doesn't understand the president's duty to faithfully execute the law, nor his transitional authority to implement obamacare.

you failed to mention: *may i don't know why you are so delighted that the insurance companies may be allowed to rape their insured for yet another year.
I don't know why you aren't upset that Obama is effectively repealing ACA on his own. You screamed bloody murder when Repubs tried to. What happen to "it's the law of the land"?

The legislation probably empowers the executive branch to write a regulation, which means no amendment is necessary.
No, it doesn't. Also, picking and choosing who pays a "tax" is illegal, too. Obama is violating his oath of office and acting illegally.

I signed up for Obamacare. I kind of felt good when I did it. For the first time in almost a year I had health insurance. It was a bit of a relief and for a couple of months I got off the fence and felt good about Obamacare. Well that was in December 2013. Now it is March 2014 and I still cannot find a pharmacy that will take my insurance, and the only doctors office I've been to in that time cannot take it either. So I'm back on the fence. Sure, theoretically I have health insurance, but if it isn't taken anywhere, what good is it?
That really sucks, man. Have you had to shell out much for prescriptions and the doctor? I would assume that anything you've spent would apply towards your deductible, but you're probably paying the full costs when you should be getting the pre-negotiated rates that apply when you are in-network. Those are usually substantially reduced. Anywhere from 50 to 90% off.

Yeah, very very hard to defend the budget crisis we had last year when the Repubs were asking ACA to be delayed and our President told them F off. He was willing to allow the economy to collapse to show up the Repubs then, after they sign the budget, he does exactly what they had asked him to do anyway....

Yet all the propaganda coming from the White House was how the repubs were trying to destroy America.

In hindsight, makes Obama look petty as hell.

It also makes the many partisans who blamed the republicans for the shutdown, look like fools.
