I've been there... In college I did a big ugly girl that was friends with people I knew. I was wasted at the time, I owned up to it quickly, just said I was wasted and had my beer goggles on. I caught some shit for it but my buddies ended up laughing with me about it not at me about it.

If you are going to own up I would say sooner the better...

Once again it's not racist...it's ethnic. Just like my ethnic grouping :guinea, dago, wop, greaseball aka Italian and Sicilian. Granted, its not polite, but that's not what I'm debating. Ethnicity is not racial. Thought you went to college? Even non-science majors have to take some science.

Boy are you lost. Calling somebody a pollock, unless you mean they are a fish, is racist. If you use a word that a certain race of people consider improper or hateful, then that is racist. Polish people are in the white race and the term pollock is a derogatory racist term for white people. Got my masters in ecology. Guess I had to take a few science classes to get here.
