I had promised new shots of the Lemon Thai Kush.

Same top, with and without flash:

It is well into Week #9 and looks like it will go a full ten weeks at least.

We will see.

The second two pictures the Chemdog? I love the looks of that one, the flowering formation. Kind of looks like it's fox tailing but just dense buds.

Dude, that is an understatement....this plant has been all over
the place. As it started to set up its buds, they were really, really
freaky looking with what seemed like foxtails poking in all directions,
but they seemed to tighten up to a good extent, and likely will
further, as that plant has a couple more weeks to go at least.

One thing I can say is that its yield looks like it will be pretty good
once this is all over....this is the upside of trying to grow out of
the roof of the tent: a long length of tops gets light.

It so outgrew it's neighbors that they could not block its getting light.

I love the looks as well!!

Anyway I think Ill leave my water to aerate and de chlorinate for 24 hrs now b4 adding ferts.
I never realized the ph was raising SOOO much from orange to dark green on the drops in 24 hrs.

No wonder my last crop was shit!!

Mmm looks nice JD. Is your light venting connected to the scrubber or on its own circuit?
Yeah i noticed that bout the hempys too. I want the light vents on their own so i dont have to pull so much air out of the room. They drink alot and i think the fast switching of air is doing it. Just stupid stress really.
Dont no anything about sour d other than its in a lot of rap songs :)

I hear you about fresh air exchanges. They are a critical issue for
people fruiting mushrooms, but for plants they are not as critical.

I have a push fan in the window of the man-cave that is on 7/24/365
and so the air in the room is fresh.

You know Bass, I have used both straight from the tap and compost
teas, but I have not just aerated water yet. I hesitate to use my tea
barrel out back, as I would like to isolate the cave somewhat, and
carrying 5 gallon buckets of poo-water across the length of my house
is tiring and risky. :0)

I will see what I can come up with.

It did pH out at neutral. I did check this.

I know that this is a tad high, but I have yet to adjust pH.

I have the kit too. I just need to check a barrel full of tea,
and keep feeding just that (with nutes added on intervals)

From what my understanding is teas are not as important with the ph sale as chem ferts.

I also think my ferts are too weak now lol.
2 weeks in hempy and they prolly want more than 400-450 ppm now.

Hell they might do well if I can get the right ph and ppm lol.
I am surprised they arent dead.

My Pineapple and Atomic NL are the only ones still somewhat healthy looking.

My water just has chlorine according to my water district rep over the phone last week.
They tell me I have well water.

I realized my only successful grow indoor since I moved here I used r.o. water.
I cheaped out lately and just used tap

I really like that one JD, love the color contrast from the white resin and the deep greens. If you're PH level is neutral, even if it is high you appear to be just fine LOL.

Hey Bass, are you going to start pouring the feed and see how they respond? Does leaving your water out in a bucket for 24 hours seem to make a difference for de-clorination? Have you checked the PPMs before and after leaving it out by chance?

I def see the ph raise after sitting out, but havent checked ppm, thats a good idea, but I am guessing a negligible difference.
I am in the sub 200 ppm range straight from the tap.
Ill set out an add'l cup and check now and tomorrow for ya though.

I havent had time to wait 24 hr yet to feed, but next feed will be the true test

Supposed to aerate to de-chlorinate faster, but I didnt do that.
When I get more organized I will do that though.
I still have to get the hempy buckets, I am still in solo hempy cups right now

im almost first in line from the water plant. So i get max of everything so that people in the other end have what they need. seems fucked i cant use my tap water for growing and after speaking to them i wont even drink it. airating for 48 hours and the ph would still rise. In dwc i would get some kind of white chlorine buildup. Endless fight.
now im all rainwater with a mineral water mix now and then. Perfect. Just not now with the freezing :)

I didn't even think about aerating. Check these out! I just scored one for making cider and wine they work effin awesum. They attach to your drill chuck and it whips it up something fierce.

I honestly think one could be made with some rigid plastic tubing a drill and some weed whip shiznit for about tree fitty though lol.

I havent looked past 24 hr to see if it has stopped rising......

Rain water wont work here, since it isnt raining and we are actually in an (official) drought now.
I might just go back to the water store and start buying r/o again.
I just hate buying water and then lugging it around all the time.

I have an inline filter that doesnt seem to make much if any difference

I am very close to the water plant or whatever as well like 1 mile

I like to rush things as I will forget fast lol...I think I am ADD.
So that aerator might be good for me as well.

Ok so I put my ph meter in tap water 182 ppm right now.
Ill check it tomorrow night and compare to see if ppm changes

I don't blame you not wanting to lug water dude lol. I go through a shitload of water, but I have awesome well water right around 100ppm. Thank you for reminding me that I'm blessed in that regard :joint:
