So I got an old apt and I gots a closet that I turned into my room. Well the only downside of this closet is it has a register that runs of a thermastat for the entire apt so when the apt gets below 70 it kicks on. Well it runs off boiler heat and idk if you guys have experienced this or not but boiler heat is extremely dry. I got 22% humidity on reg and I put a humidifer in the room for a couple hours and it only bumped it to like 35%. So my question is is this bad? Ik your supposed to be more like 55% but I figured once my babies go in tonight! Which btw already germed and ready to go when I get off work. That the transpiration would bump up the humidity. What you think ? Am I fucked?
And also the register is a big issue with my heat I got my 1000w light in a small room and its maxing at like 86-88ish right now but I haven't installed my 2 6in wall fans infront of my passive intake so I figured that that should bring her down to like 76-78 hopefully. What do you think! I need all the input I can get since the past year of me saving money and studying up is now being put to the test officially tonight! I got 5 hours to brush up on all i,need to know for now. Please and ty for the responses!
