tight nodes

Hey guys, this is my friend. I'm growing in 60cm*60cm space and I want her to capture as much space as possible. She has 5 nodes already but she seems too short. Should I leave her develop more nodes? What do tight nodes mean? (I'm using 2 54w bulbs, and I'm currently have the 1 on. No feed yet...

Hola, I'm doing a budget grow with some scotts hyponex soil, its got pearlite, peat moss, worm castings and composted materials. I'm using two 60W L.E.D's at the moment, i want to upgrade but money is something I don't have so I have to find a way to get some stronger lights for flowering...

First grow was a disaster starting in natural light ... in March (indoors in window). Went straight into flowering and died. Got a 27 X 27 X 60 tent w/ 2 - 300W LEDs (I think maybe 125W output each?). Probably too much light (electric bill's not bad and no burn). Growing Suzy Purple Haze...
