hps lights

wondering what kind of glasses you use for your HPS lighting room? Are the method seven worth it? Found them for $145 on amazon, https://amzn.to/3l1eBug seems steep but feeling the need to protect my eyes. would rather spend the money once than waste a bunch on the cheapies. any thoughts?
