I tell you ! If you ha a smallish tent that you get them exspando bars they give you an extra half a foot and stop the sides pulling in on your plants.

You need to cancel out the dominant cola with training and you should at least double your yield, they still look nice mind. And fabric pots to get more air to ya roots.
Hi I am new here and would like it if you could talk a little more about that because it sounds really important but I just need a little more clarity on how he can double his yield by cancelling out the dominant cola. Meaning I would gently bend or tuck the stem of the tallest cola to even the canopy ? Oh right with an even canopy you can really have much bigger yields.

By "slowing" or tieing down the dominant main cola the lowers all try to become the new dominant and all grow bigger and therfore yeild more. Same as topping and cutting the main cola, just a different way to do it.

The dominant cola will always be the biggest and tallest unless trained and as you move your light up to suit the plant hight the lower branches will get far less light . Training to a flat canopy makes all your buds the same ish size because they are all fighting for the lights at the same hight

Always start bending early so the bottom branches can catch up with the top quickly. I started day 14 in this picture
