it's a bit stretched. you'll want to get the light closer. even that young a 75 equiv cfl can be within 3 inches. beyond that it looks fine.

Whats that bulb in reallity, 18watts of the wrong light spectrum! Get some real lights, at least a couple of two foot flourescents in the right colour light spectrums, i use aquarium flourescents from pet shops with seperate ballasts, cheap and easy to begin with, i get the tropical two foot flourescents for the red light and the daylight or cool water fish flourescents for the blue light, get a mix of both although technically speaking the blue is for veg and red is for flower but with flourescents its good to have both colour spectrums right through the whole grow, or get some better lights than these.

It dosen't look particularly stretched, people seem to think all seedlings should be short and squat, big deal just try to keep the stem this height rather than it stretching more and things will be cool.

Dont add nutes yet or for a while same with dont over water, learn these two newbie mistakes as they probably kill most first time grows.

Now run to the shop and get some decent lights and ventilation or it'll just be some cheap ass grow, your choice dude. Hope this helped in some small way. Peace

Answer - as many as possible, two 18watt T8 or two 22watt T5 flourescents should do a small plant start to finish maybe yeild an ounce if everythings perfect. 250 watt MH and Hps would yeild a few ounces at best. Peace
