Your Opinion...Is this Ready?

Weight guessing is not all that hard dlf. I'm sure you have puchased or weighed out oz's before. Just picture an oz when you are looking at the buds and go through the line up. Of course, density of buds is critical here. Hell, even on this grow, the Short Rider was lightest, Blue Mistic second, and Airee by far having the most weight per bud. Peace

Dry weight is roughly 1/4 of the wet weight... I'll go back and look and tell ya what I think..

Hmmmm. kinda hard to tell..

Maybe 2-3oz on the BM and a little less for the other.


Hard for me to judge by picture without some form of size scale........ lol

When I harvested my AK I guessed exactly correct but it was right in front of me and I could hold the branches to feel for it you know what I mean?

Just a wild guess, I'd say you got around 4 oz. dried there, if not a bit more.

Did you go back several replies into this thread (#219) and view the pictures that I put up? The one that Bak attached here is a duplicate pic of the Blue Mistic only that dlf put up with his reply. BTW, we (Bak, stew, and I) are all three way off so far on weight, but look at my pictures and give me your estimates. I've noticed a big diference in the buzz with my Four series harvest. I thought the first batch was awasome, then the second blew it out, the third even more, I'm trying some of cut number four right now. I have trich pictures too if anyone is interested (the camera helped me tremendously). Peace

OK, if you say we're way off, I'm gonna think the pics were taken a few hours after trimming, and the buds are not as fluffy as they look.
I'd guess around 9 oz. on pic #2, and about 4 to 5 on pic #3.

Much better guess there Bak,,,and it looks as though stew agrees with you on his "like". You guys are closer than me. I guessed the Blue Mistic (pic 2) at 6.5 oz and Airee (pic 3) at 8.5 oz. Bak, you are correct in respect to the cuts being made the day prior to the pics. The BM looks heavier than the Airee...until you hold them. The actual weights are...drum roll...right after this commercial.

LMAO...yep this forth cut is G@@D dog! I'm smoking some Airee and I won't even finish this bowl...well...maybe in a bit (lmao). Anyways, the BM weighed at 12.5 oz, the Jamaica Airee at 13.5 oz. I'm trying to add all four cuts up right now to see what my total harvest is, but I may wait...I AM STONED right now! I'll have totals later...

edit: I should have also mentioned that I weighed these buds as you see them using a hand scale (the type with a clip on the end).

No excuses bro, but another thing that throws me off, is like mentioned, I didn't know for how long they had been hanging, and also, I weigh my stuff with no stems.

Dank.......dude....I was reading through your thread earlier and read some replies that did not sound like good news to me. Then, Bak made it all clear with the unfortunate news of your mom. I'm REALLY sorry to hear that man! I've been through it with several realtives too, so I know "kinda" what your going through. If there is anything I can do within my power, let me know...I consider you a friend. I wish we were smoking some of this stuff out here right now.

I looked at your thread update earlier and it looks great. I did very well on the girls that just finished out, and have the flower tent back to full status. The veg tent's have the girls that I bred and I'm already seeing seeds on the Bubblegum cross. My outside girls are thick with many colas already. The dirt here is hard to beat and is known all over the world for growing excellent crops. Heres a couple ears of corn pulled last week (lmao).

Thanks bro, really means a lot. I'm just wishing this week would hurry up and be over with is all! Moms funeral is 2mar, and I'm not looking forward to that at all! I consider you a good friend aswell bro.. all you guys are my buds. I don't know what I honestly would do if I didn't have all you to talk with through a time such as this. I wanted to thank everyone again 4 that.
I was super close to my Mother. Infact that's why I had started the Blueberry Yum Yums. She LOVED any Bluberry strains, and that was it. She wouldn't smoke anything else. Lol.
She had got tested 6 months ago (xray) of her lungs and the Dr said it showed signs of "spots on them" and sent her home and didn't follow up with treatment. I myself knew right off the bat it was cancer. She had went back a few times during that 6 month period in pain. The Dr told her it was all in her head, and sent her home with motrin!! so 2 weeks ago she passed out, falling breaking her nose and blacking both eyes. We rushed her to the er all to find out she was already in stage 4 cancer, and that there really wasn't much he said he could do. She made it 2 weeks after being told the news.

Hey dank...we all hope that everything went smoothly as it could on the funeral. We are all thinking of you and we know you are the type of man to keep your head together through this hard time. Hopefully, your family and friends are around you to help deal with the emotions felt by all your family. God Bless!

looking great but NOT DONE!! trust me she will fatten up, get a decent mag glass and when here crystals (trichomes) start to turn a brownish amber like color shes done and it is important not to let her go to long she can revert the thc but you have a cppl weeks at least, look into putting in dark at end, it helps fatten her up!!

No Bak...the jars were put on the table for the picture only. Believe me...they are well protected. Just pulled in the 2nd and 3rd cutings to jar the buds up with Boveda. Here are a few pictures of my grow, as it sat the other day when I took these pictures. Sorry, I did not take any pic's of the 2nd and 3rd cut group, but it is massive and will fill another 8-10 large jars.
