Your new strain name

Hiya all,

sometimes i have to giggle at the names of strains. Today "Phantom cookies" made me smile.

if you had the skills, time and means to cross species and create new strains and you created a fantastic new dank strain, what would you call it?

Being an old skool star wars fan, I would call my new strain: Sabrehead Yodabong.

How about you?

Im pretty happy with a toss of agent orange with tahoe og i made. Im naming it Sunny Delight. Smells like a lemony peachy jelly.
Ive got another one i did a while back of northern lights with domina i call The Donkey Twatter.
I think one needs to experience a strain before naming it.

I first tried a smoke like 10 years ago of it. I started messing with it last year and one of the phenotypes smelled exactly like that some i had so long ago, i was pretty impressed, a zesty orange tang smell and a ridiculous yielder. JTR dominat phenos will hermie close to harvest but will smell and resinate beautifully. My favourite phenotype smells like an empty cookie jar in the jar and when you break the buds up straight up clementine! Not a great yield but the best flavour and amazing high.
The male i chose out of the 5 i had made northern lights smell like a silver lemony haze almost. I really think i got lucky with the father i got, very very very JTR dominant. Hopefully its offspring wont tend to hermify
I really want to cross the high yielding pheno with some critical plus to see what these fucking spaniards think of it, but no one i know has a decent critical male... Id even think with the Bilbao cut would blend even better but thats clone only and i didnt get a male carying similar characteristics to the female zesty orange high yielding pheno. If i manage to find a decent male and cross with that agent orange pheno Id probably call it something like Valencian Mandarine bongsmilie

!!!
I think if im not wrong Anesthesia too is a cross of northern lights with domina, you opughtta call it Donkey cum!
Please!
indeed it is. I had the auto from pyramid that I converted a branch for fem seeds. I still have quite a bit of pollen from her and am growing the auto climax as we speak.

I may call it something like that.. I'm still working on a name, I think it will def come to me once I get to smoke the cross. Gonna be a little bit before I get the actual cross grown out, but once I do... Oh man.. should be nice. Both strains I'm working with are very potent strains.

If youre breeding looking for just taste and smell you can grow shit loads of tiny plants clone/seed straight to flower in 5l buckets with a very mild yet complete organic soil and give them just water, foliar and a few teas (minimal effort) and cut around having to wait a few months to try new things. You wont get as good an idea of growth and stature with dwarves but you still get the aromas, taste and resin production. As long as you have a decent enough mother room and keep good labels and dedicate a lot of time to testing seriously and take good care of your clones its a very achievable and addictive hobbie. Only problem is number of plants really... though if not looking to really stabilise a strain shouldnt be an issue. Choosing males is the really arduous part, i think.
