My favorite documentary that has Cannabis in it is called "The Botany of desire".
Also, "Drugs Inc" is a four part drug documentary that focuses on Marijuana in one of the part.

Use Hotshield and watch it.I really want to watch Green Rush but I live in Canada so I can't use hulu
Though Greenrush isn't the best docu out there (far from it), but its a good time killer.
