Young plant leaning to the side and curling stem

So I recentely realized one of my plants started to grow sideways. It looks overal healthy, but the base of its stem curled and it’s quite unstable. I tried covering up with soil but it doesn’t seem to work.
Any help on how to fix it/prevent it would be helpful. Thanks! :D

extra info: I’m growing it in a very natural manner. Outdoors but with plenty of sun (around 13 hours daily since they sprouted)

it happened recently to another one but that one died quite fast when this happend :(

My roots are exposed but I just cover them. Pretty sure that means rootbound if there growing on the top mine is but hasn't effected my girls there fine

The best suggestion would be to repot in some decent soil.
Looks like you're growing in mulch.
