understandable! I found the frog! Im in Mexico, so Zapo was the only name I knew. I was on my way to find the genus and species when I was side tracked by the troll.

The frog is found online as the South American Dart Frog, or Dendrobates Auratus. It seems they are very easy to raise indoors and live from 10 to twenty years. There are several, maybe hundreds of sub-species, and they are really beautiful creatures.

I just am interested in seeing how practical it would be to keep one of these frogs as a pet. A pet to go along with all the peyote that surrounds me (which I very seldomly eat because you get to a point where you dont need to eat it to get high) and the mushrooms, and the datura, (not salvia) and the nice bud I smoke.

I really think creating this thread was a bad idea. All you are doing is perpetuating the cycle by devoting an entire forum of discussion to a single negative individual. Don't prematurely claim "Mission Accomplished" when you are letting them win...

This entire site is founded on users asking questions. Usually, the questions have already been asked and answered 1000 times over, if only the user would take .014 seconds to do a Google search.

If you ask a question you should be prepared for any response. It is up to YOU to filter the bs from the valuable information, as clearly you have already done by thanking some individuals for their help.

Some people use this site to trade info and improve their craft. Some use this site to give meaning to their lowly lives by trolling through threads interjecting their opinions. Be the bigger person and just IGNORE the ignorance (and trust me, there is plenty of ignorance to go around).

I appreciate your feedback and I did do a google search however, I am in Mexico and am automatically directed to Latin Google. Had I known the genus and species I could have searched that, or had I known it by a different name such as S. American Dart frog.
That is why I posted here.
You do have some very good points and this was my first ever troll encounter.
A part of me enjoyed smacking him around and driving him into such a frenzy that is was obviously killing him inside, and the positive reaction this may have caused in him is immesurable.
Perhaps a tiny drop of light trickled down from mine and others reaction to his hate speech, and one tiny drop of light in a pool of darkness can illuminate the universe. It may take millions of years, but its possible. Light you see, has a mind of its own.

Though sometimes you should ignore jackasses in life, you have to stand up to them at some point.

Americans ignored the biggest jackass in modern history, and look were that got us. Thousands of pointless deaths and 800 billion dollars wasted on a war for oil.
Was that worth avoiding the discomfort of standing up to an dillusional maniac???


My use of Victory! is not a mission accomplished claim, it is a salutaion I use often to inspire people to keep fighting, no matter what adversary they are facing. Though it took more energy than needed, my mission was completed....I found the frog.

Good job. that is very sad 38 posts no help every one made fun of the poor guy for his mistake. every one need to rember that they were noobs at one time. knowing nothing about growing. i am one of the lucky ones i learned most of the basic growing infomation from my mom. watching her with her house plants. its sad that more people feel the need to harash some one because the have no idea how to grow then make the basic mistakes. like growing in pots with out drain holes. or getting those grow lights from wally mart.we all just need to smoke a bowl together and leave the hate at other sites. maybe they are trying to be smart asses idk. but they come across as dick heads.come to think about it there might be a serect contest who is the biggest ass on riu? not a contest i want to enter.
