NO
they downgraded the charges, Holder dropped them.

I did enjoy your victory dance celebrating your ignorance though, that was cool.
A
recent Media Matters investigation
has debunked charges that the Obama
administration withdrew criminal charges against the Panthers (in fact, the Bush
administration decided not to pursue criminal charges, with Assistant Attorney
General Thomas Perez testifying that the Bush Justice Department "determined
that the facts did not constitute a prosecutable violation of the criminal
statutes"; a civil lawsuit was filed in the last days of the Bush
administration, and a judgment won by the Obama Justice Department in May 2009).

anything but the beck site or other "fear the scary black people" site will do.

but there is nothing you can do to convince me that up is down. i can read court affidavits. this issue was dropped by the bush DOJ whether or not it was also dropped by holder.
I'm going to ask you to think hard about this. I had charges dropped against me, I hope they come back and drop them again. Do charges get dropped more than once?

There were 3 of them charged, 1 of them had the charges dropped because he wasn't carrying a club.

ftr, this was blown out of proportion in my opinion and arguing with anyone who defends Holder is pretty much a waste of time so I'm done with it. Wiki is not the end all be all source, but it tries to be accurate. Beck and mediamatters do not.

so, i started this thread to talk about how the GOP is embarking upon an unconstitutional poll tax to "fix" a problem that they can't even document happening.

so why has this become about a race baiting right wing talking point from 4 years ago?

desperate to change the subject, rightards?

Bwahaha, they knock the blaze, then quote a MEDIA MATTERS investigation, several times. And then he's actually stupid enough to think he's made any point at all. If we're throwing out the Blaze, then MSNBC, the NY Times, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, NPR and many others are verboten from here on out as well.

I got news for you two, no one gives two fucks what you think qualifies as credible sources. You're both batshit crazy, partisan hacks and wouldn't know the truth if it landed on your face and wiggled.

I also loved UB's hypocritical horseshit about backing up assertions when asked. Fucking hilarious since you refused in the Ryan thread and just kept yelling "straw man" and asking your own question. Couldn't answer a simple question about how you arrived at your conclusion. Pathetic.

And since you're in full name calling mode... Lemming.

I can answer your question.

It's OK, because it's not a poll tax. No matter how many times you say it is, it isn't. There, the thread can be closed now.

If a state requires ID to vote they should make your first ID free. If not, it's an obvious deterrent to an adult who in 2012 has yet to ever receive an ID. It's also obvious this person would most likely vote democrat.

how is it not a poll tax when you have to pay money to the government before you can vote? :dunce:

i answered your loaded question many times. you were the one who was too cowardly and chicken shit to explain the successes of the policy you want to double down on.

funny hw the guy who wants to abolish the social safety net and tries to lie and say that the majority of people are with him calls other people partisan hacks.

just to top it all off, he tries to put theblaze on par with NPR. NPR is objective journalism. it's one of the last places where you can find actual news, unbiased in any fashion.

All trolling aside. You didn't. Not even one attempt to answer it. It was by far the worst I've ever seen you at ducking a question, and that's saying a lot, considering how deep of a well I'm pulling from to make that claim.

Lol, you've got to be kidding. You are a lunatic. A hypocritical lunatic.
so let me get this straight: according to you, when person A makes an assertion, it is not the duty of person A to support that assertion, but rather for person B to prove that assertion wrong?

OK, let's play that game.

when muyloco was 15 years old, his drunken father in law forced him to rape a kangaroo while on a trip to australia. muyloco magically impregnated that kangaroo and that child is now being locked in muyloco's basement like a gimp. muyloco also collects welfare and masturbates to images of retarded wombats on wednesday evenings.

until you disprove that, it's ALL true.
