I wouldn't say never front. I front real friends. If they are real friends I end up getting paid. If they don't pay up then I found out what kind of person they are for a fairly minimal cost. $250? Big deal. That's an ounce. I harvested a pound this week. I would gladly trade an ounce to get 2 scum bags out of my life.

When I was in high school this kid was kind of spoiled, BMW, nice clothes, etc, but he wasn't really cool enough to hang with (at least to me). So, he ends up getting a QP and fronting the whole GD thing out in quarters. NOBODY paid him back. He went around for a couple of months asking everyone for his money. He showed up one time at a place where a lot of us younguns hung out and got in my best friend's face telling him how he owed him money. My friend never even looked up from the foosball table and said "that's ok. I owe everyobody money". We all laughed (without looking up). He walked away and I don't think he ever asked again.....of anyone.

Learn from other people's mistakes.

I front out pretty regularly, my one buddy gets a cut or two a week fronted but is always good for it. I only really deal wit ppl that I've known for years nd can trust, but hypothetically, if someone I know jus not all that well was to ask for a front, I wud tell them then can have 1g. That way if they don't come back it's only a $20 loss, but if they do yu can see they will bring atleast a 20back lol

Write it off. Its not a huge amount and its not worth the trouble of hassling them and potentially getting busted over it. Write it off and cut them off for good.

They just sold your friendship for $125. Probably the best money you'll never see.

That's why I hang with my age group, we were brought up different I guess. If you barrow something and break it, you replace it, if you get a loan from a friend, you repay it, even if it means your broke....BECAUSE, you show your gona pay and what kinda friend will let you go without??? Man the world today is in bad shape...
